For some reason anytime we order curly fries we never get them. Twice in one week they forgot a large order of curly fries. When I called the first time they said it was door dashes responsibility…??? Why is it door dashes responsibility when Arby’s is the ones making and bagging the food?? Not happy. The food tastes great when we actually get it though.

First of all they asked me at the drive through if I wanted any sauce and I said yes 5 Arby’s sauces and did not get any second the Loaded Italian sub was not loaded at all they forgot the salami and pepperoni and had very little ham which was the only meat they had on it. Very disappointed.

Bun on roast beef was hard in spots. The curly fries pictured had more pieces and other types of fries than fresh and whole curly fries. Dining room was empty, drive thru was moderately busy.

Came in around 8 in the evening, my wife and I were the only 2 customers, and the two young men working the front were mopping and starting to get the dining room ready for closing time. Even with the hassle of later customers they were extremely nice and went out of their way for us.
