I was just through the drive thru. The man taking orders was incredibly rude. I was at the window while he was taking an order. I heard him tell the customer that they should have sent someone that knew what the order was to be. He asked me if I wanted a sauce. I said I wanted the one in a plastic tub. He wanted to know the name. I didn’t know the name. He could have easily showed the choices. I didn’t realize there were different flavors in the plastic tub. He just kept saying what flavor instead of helping. I just left.

Absolutely disgusted. Long, grey hair on my food. Never eating here again. They always mess something up but this really took the cake. They lost 2 customers today, for sure.

Asked for onion. Got onion but this was just lazy! Also didn’t get dip for my French dip. I’m a big Arby’s fan, I order from here more than I’d like to admit, but I’m a regular and this is just lazy work!

I really enjoy your food.But I got there at 8:16pm did receive my food until 8:40 then had to wait another five minutes to get our fries and they were burnt. So disappointed with my French dip barely had any meat.

After ordering a Double Roast Beef, not only did I receive a Classic Roast Beef, but it also had some sorta of syrup like substance on it. When questioned, the manager laughed and claimed it was not there fault.

This visit was absolutely atrocious. The guy taking the order via drive thru didn’t even say Hi Welcome to Arby’s may I take your order. All he said was what do you want. I said hi I would like to have 02 of the half pound roast beef sandwiches only, and he’s like the meals or just the sandwiches. I was thinking to myself, listen to me. So I said just the sandwiches please. He then said what else. I’m like lord have mercy… I said that I would like to have 02 of the half pound Roast Beef and Cheddar sandwiches only, and again he said the meals or just the sandwiches. I started thinking to myself am I not speaking clearly enough for him to understand what I’m saying. I said just the sandwiches please and thank you. He told me the total, and then I realized that I had forgotten the fries for my husband. I asked him if I could add something to the order, and he’s like yeah what do you want now. This person really needs to learn customer service. Not once did he ask me if I wanted any sauce or condiments. When I asked him if there was any Arby’s sauce in the bag, he said yeah I put it in there. He is such a liar. The biggest liar I have ever seen. He acted like he didn’t want to be there. The fries are so old. The person making the sandwiches left the line, went to the back, was touching their face and hair, came back to the sandwich line, started making sandwiches again and not once did they change their gloves or wash their hands. For $35.46, I would expect better service and fresh food. The buns are soggy on our sandwiches and well the rest is history. Don’t have time to go back to the store to get it fixed. Not happy with this visit. The reason that the total doesn’t match the receipt is because the large curly fry wasn’t showing as being added to the first order, and the fries from the second order was added to be the grand total.

Spent 31.86 in drive through including 7 roast beef sandwiches. Guy at the drive through asked if I needed any condiments. I asked for 1 horsey and 1 arby sauce packet per sandwich. He was polite but said “nah can’t do that”. So they put 2 arbys and 2 Horsey in the bag. So 7 different people are supposed to share 4 sauce packets? These packets are .423oz for dry sandwiches. Completely ridiculous when if we rat inside all the condiments are available. Do better Arbys.
