The here help is good, courteous, and conscientious. However, the app has much to be desired as it often misleads the deal of the day with a required minimum order, limit, etc. We recently tried the double meat and cheddar. This sandwich receives a unanimous among three of us, as a “do not recommend”. I don’t know if the supposed cheddar is a “squeeze out of the bottle” or some other variety, whatever it is, it sure didn’t taste very well nor was it melted on the meat. One of our party has heartburn, a second person ditched a partially eaten sandwich and a third is nauseated by the odor still lingering on his well washed hands (after dinner). This sandwich will not be chosen again, even if is as a well priced special.

I got the bogo sandwich deal, the Ruben need more thousand Island dressing but otherwise very tasty. Other than that, my only issue was not being able to use the in store code from the app to order. I was in the restaurant and had to buy online . The app gives you options online or in store, so it took me longer to order because I had to put my card information in the app and order.

Revising my previous 1 star review. The management has clearly stepped up and fixed the issues. Staff was quick and friendly, the store was clean and the food was hot and fresh. Happy to have a great local Arby’s here in Ottawa!

Ordered a wagyu burger in the drive through. The I opened it and there was a gallon of sauce slipped all over it. I politely asked for another one with less mess and the second one I got was just the same and halfway falling apart. I’m not sure what I did. I was polite and apologized even though nothing was my fault. Now I’m afraid to eat this one because they could’ve done something to it. I should’ve just took the first sloppy one.

The food is surprisingly good for how little traffic goes through Arby’s. Today my service was excellent; in fact, the best service I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. I never got the chance to catch the worker’s name at the window but he brightened my whole day. So, if any Arby’s higher-ups are reading this, the red-haired bearded man with a great personality most definitely deserves a promotion.

As usual, the food was tasty and hot. I had the new ham & and swiss, and it wasn’t super salty like another restaurant’s ham & cheese. I’m also so glad they brought back the potato cakes.

I’ve gone 2 days in a row after a long day at work, hoping that the second time might be better than the first. Yesterday I ordered a Reuben, double meat: I got a smokehouse brisket. Today I ordered the 2 for $7 ham and swiss: I got only one sandwich and it was a chicken bacon swiss.
I’m not sure if it’s an ‘exhausted after a long day’ issue, or a ‘I don’t care’ issue. Either way, one less customer here.
