I decided to drop in for lunch yesterday to try the new spicy brisket sandwich. So, it’s not worth the money. It wasn’t spicy at all, nor did it taste like it’d been smoked 13 hours as advertised. The spicy BBQ sauce requested also had no real spice to it. To be honest, it tasted like some deli meat with sauce. I wasn’t asked what side I wanted and ended up with the nastiest, coldest, bottom of the basket, old curly fries. The best part was the side of white cheddar Mac and cheese. It was really good, a little salty but good. I certainly won’t be back anytime soon. It’s far too expensive for it to be so unsatisfactory. Almost 20 bucks for a combo and side of Mac and cheese…terrible!

I would think that for a restaurant claiming to “have the meats” that the chicken sandwich would be an actual thick chicken breast. Not an extremely thin, fake chicken patty. It was also nearly impossible to order because the menu is not lit up at all so it can be read at night. I’ll stick to McDonalds chicken sandwiches.

The staff at this Arby’s was very friendly, and the young man working the window and drive-thru was very polite and I could understand him easily. I can’t say that about a lot of drive-thrus.
I went by at about 8:30 at night, and I saw a gentleman try both doors, so apparently the lobby was closed. However, I have never gone to an Arby’s for the atmosphere. I go for the food – those curly fries and horsey sauce call my name!

Was incredibly disappointed that jalapeno poppers are discontinued. However, despite my skepticism, the steak bites were amazing. Our food was what you’d expect. Gail provided excellent customer service and endured me and my boys with steadfast patience.

I brought a coupon. Ordered everything on the coupon (nothing extra). My bill was more $ than the coupon said it should be.
My mozzarella sticks didn’t come with the marinara dipping sauce.
I love Arby’s but this location isn’t the best, it’s just the closest to me. The staff is friendly though. 🙂
*update This Arby’s location just earned another star by knowing and making for me an incredible Meat Mountain. Delish!

This particular Arby’s has always been a go-to for me. The employees and manager are always friendly and quick to help you. They go out of their way sometimes also. The facility including the restrooms is always clean and inviting. It’s just a relaxed place to have a meal.
