Pick up through drive thru was convenient. Not a fan of the roast beef here. However, my wife likes it quite a bit. Chicken sandwich was pretty good though. Seasoned curly fries are yummy, as are the tri-tater potatoe patties. The peach cobbler roll was pretty tasty as well.

My beef and cheddar was not only cold, but most of the cheese sauce was on the paper and not on the sandwich. My mozzarella sticks and curly fries were still cold in the center. Disgusting what a waste of money. DO BETTER

I’ve always gotten good service here. The employees are typically friendlier than your average fast food joint. I got the new steak nuggets tonight and they’re pretty good. A little pricey but tasty and tender. Every once in awhile I’ve got to have some Arby’s.

Store is super clean. Food is good, new menu.
All the extras stocked.
Good amount of parking area and some tree for summer heat. Beef burn tips.

My problem with Arbys is ordering with their App. It’s the absolute worst food App I have used for delivery. If you order delivery, it takes you to another website. You have to enter in all of your info: address, email, phone number – it won’t populate from your Arby’s sign in because you’re no longer in the Arby’s App. Then the biggest frustration is – you can’t use any of the Arby’s deals for delivery. You can only use the deals for pickup. And what’s really strange is if Arby’s has a special of free delivery – you can place those orders on the Arby’s App (but only those types of orders – not “normal” delivery orders). So, if they have the ability for you to place delivery orders on their App, why don’t they let you do so on All orders? All other food Apps we use will allow you to place delivery orders on their App AND also allow you to apply deals to delivery orders. We like Arby’s (we miss the 23rd St. location) but their process for ordering delivery is ridiculous! Come on, Arby’s – get your act together!

I hate to have to leave a bad review because the employees are so nice, but the curly fries are always cold whenever I come here despite how busy they are or what time of day. Like inedibly cold. I even straight up asked at the drive through once if the fries are fresh and I was told that they were and he proceeded to give me the coldest fries I’ve ever had in my life. For the cost of the food it should be fresh, disappointed because I really enjoy Arby’s but this location needs to step it up and not serve cold food.

We don’t want to lie for you, Arby’s. I’ve ordered and been asked to pull forward after paying. I said, “Why? There’s no one behind me in the drive thru. I only ordered a single plain roast beef sandwich, slice it and put it on the bun.” The cashier said something to the effect of: If I pull forward, it tells their system they completed my order in that time. I said that I’m not lying for you, give me my food when it is done and that will be the time I leave in your system. Sat there and waited at the window and no one ever pulled up behind me. Got my food from the window, it would have slowed their operation down to send an employee outside to car deliver my order and they would have had to go out in the summer heat. What a stupid policy to try to have your customers cheat your own system for/with you. Don’t you know how long it takes to prepare your own food?

I no longer order fries because they are generally always over cooked or burnt. They seem to be refried repeatedly, it’s hard to taste anything resembling a potato when they are crisp all the way through or soggy with grease. You could make more money from each customer if the food was prepared correctly.

Today I went there for a plain sandwich, assuming, perhaps naively, that roast beef on a bun is a safe fast food option. I get home and open up a wrong sandwich. I called and spoke with a guy and told him, he said swing by and we’ll replace it. I asked if I needed to bring the wrong sandwich in and he said no, he asked for my name and said he’d look out for me. I immediately drive there and inform them of what happened in person. The “pull forward” employee asked if she could see the sandwich. I told her I was told I didn’t need to bring it. She started to go remake it, then came back to ask what it was I ordered, after I’d explained on the phone and in person.

I’m guessing at some point the experience will be bad enough to stop relying on Arby’s as a quick sandwich option. Likely sooner rather than later.

See attached photo of the beef n cheddar/wrong sandwich if you are still needing proof. I’m not trying to scam you out of a roast beef sandwich.
