3rd time to a Arby’s in the last 4 weeks. I haven’t been in about 9 years as they had fallen out of my liking. Recently, each visit has been to different location and all experiences have been good.

We placed a mobile order and when we got home we realized our order was messed up, We were supposed to have 3 large drinks (2 dr peppers and a sprite) and we only got 2 sprites, our fries were not even full it was halfway and i got a large fry what was the point if it isnt even full? We also got 1 arbys sauce and like 20 horsey sauces…. I expect a refund, this was very disappointing, and the fact we spent 40$ for our order to be screwed up.

Nice people. Man came out and was interested in who we were and where we were going. Thanked my father in law for his service in Korea. Was interested in his stories. Gave us a complimentary apple ice cream. I’d go back. Very customer oriented.

I mean I don’t know what to say. Today I pulled up and ordered a regular cheddar and a regular roast beef and a large fry. After leaving the restaurant and going back to work I realized I had a large fry and one cheddar. They were not even busy there was only one car and that was 2 minutes ahead of me. so there is no excuse for the employees One not reading back the orders they must be goofing off and not paying attention. It would be nice to actually get an order correct no freaking excuses I said it plain simple loud and I had no radio on.

The staff were friendly but the fries were terrible. If I hadn’t just spent 9 hours in the saddle I would have returned them. I was ready for some sleep and that was more important. The sandwiches were fine.

We were in the literal 20th hour of a 26 hour non-stop half the Country road trip! The person operating the drive-thru kept asking, “Are you ready yet” while we were trying to order. Then said to just pull up to the window.
They were standing inside talking until they opened the window to hand us our food and drinks.

WHOLE CHICKEN WAS RAW! I got the Diablo Sandwich and it was absolutely disgusting! Took 3 bites and realized I am having to pull hard to take a bite and it felt weird in my mouth and spit it out and looked at my sandwich and notices it was completely raw all through out the middle!! Never buying from this place again HOW DISGUSTING! If I could give 0 starts I would!
