I worked in the food industry for years when I was younger. Got to the lobby at 8:47pm, closing at 11pm. Shanna, an older woman/employee, had an extremely abrasive attitude and was very rude. She acted like we shouldn’t have been here. Asked for 3 honey mustards after getting food having 3 meals, she gave me 2. I asked again and she begrudgingly gave me another. We’re not far enough in the North for employees to be that rude and have no customer appreciation.

I got the WORST roast beef sandwich ever from here today. Very freaking disappointed. We got 2 sandwiches and some other stuff before we hit the highway and drove an hour home. When we got home I opened my sandwich up to see the outside skin and pieces of roast beef. It was hard and nasty! I got food today about 6pm. I had to wait a while for someone to even come out and take my order. When I was able to order, I had a code from the app, which I didn’t know how to use. I showed the cashier the code and he kind of just scowled at me and mumbled something I didn’t catch under his breath. I was ordering for someone else too, and they wanted a Jamocha shake, which I had no idea what that was. I asked if they had that, to which the cashier replied by rolling his eyes and saying “a shake, anything else” kind of rudely. Finished placing the order and he asked for a name for the order. I told him Hailey, I even spelt it. Got my receipt and he had put Kaelie on purpose. I don’t know what I did to hurt his little boy feelings? But I just wanted to grab a quick dinner and was treated like crap for no reason.

I hate to hammer anyone here, but the Arby’s on Republic Road did NOT impress me.
I should have suspected something was up when no one else was in the lobby or drive-thru. My fries were cold, my ah jus was “off”, and the floors were sticky. All in all, NOT a good day at Arby’s.

When I first went to Arby’s I got some sandwich I believe it was some kind of roast beef sandwich. I had never ordered from there before. I was not a fan of that sandwich. With that being said this place really redeemed itself with the corned beef sandwich that they have. I loved it, and my kids loved their mac and cheese! It was a calm environment and nice to sit with family.

Rude staff, cold fries, spoiled stinky cheddar cheese. Beef sandwich was ok but very little meat. Too many bad experiences at this location, gonna cross it off my list for good. It’s never busy for a reason!
