The Hillbilly was a starvin’ Marvin and decided to stop in at Arby’s on S. Glenstone. And I’m glad I did.
I ordered a French Dip combo and was about to pay when I noticed the sign for Meat & 3 Box.
I felt sad cause that was really what I wanted when Bella (the cashier) said “you can do a French Dip box”. I felt really stupid for not noticing this on the sign, but I was very appreciative that Bella brought this to my attention.
This simple act of good customer service really made my day. And I REALLY enjoyed my Meat & 3 Box!

I love Arbys. But I cannot recommend this location. I have been there twice in the last 2 weeks and even after asking for Horsey Sauce both times they were unable to include any. I spent over $60 in the drive thru between the 2 visits. And both times I get home with no Horsey Sauce. Completely ruined my experience. I will not go back.

Well, we thought that we could always depend on Arby’s for a consistent experience, however, this Arby’s proved that to be incorrect. The customer service was mediocre at best and the quality/quantity of the food equalled the customer service. My food tasted a bit “off” and my wife’s gyro barely had any meat on it. I gave 3 stars as it was at least edible and we were exhausted and hungry.

Order some food and a shake off the app. Got the there. They said they were out of shake mix. I asked if I get a refund. They just to use the app. The app just shows a complete order. I couldn’t refund. I filled out a question card to get a refund. Haven’t heard back from anybody. Not sure if that went anywhere. They should have marked a item out of stock if out or as least given something equivalent in person to make up for it. Instead of filling out a bunch of questions that didn’t seem to do anything.

The wonderful lady that waited on us I can tell when we walked in she was not having a very good day she was a woman of color which made no difference to me but when we walked up to the counter her whole demeanor changed and she was very sweet lady I give her a 10

I love Arby’s. I’m visiting from California and came to this one because it had the hat. Nice people working. Tables and restroom were clean. Food was perfect. Don’t forget to ring the bell before you leave.

I can’t count how many times they’ve screwed up my order here. Usually lunch isn’t bad but today once again I asked for no lettuce on a chicken wrap, when I barely get the wrapper open because it’s so soaked in ranch all over inside the wrap. And bc there’s so much ranch, it would be impossible to remove the lettuce which I can’t stand the taste of. So once again I don’t get to eat today bc people can’t follow directions when the receipt AND label so NO LETTUCE. how hard is it to NOT put things on something???

I tried the new cheese steak sandwich. The sandwich was drenched in sauce, dripping off of the paper, and the texture of the meat was like soft like a mushroom.Fake processed meat and one side of bread was hard like it sat out for a while and got heated up. Y’all should not be allowed to serve this really messed up my appetite for eating Arby’s.
