I would be careful going to this Arby’s. My son was in the bathroom with door locked. He was using the bathroom.qe also didnt need a key to get in. This employee didn’t knock or anything when they git to the bathroom. Tried the door and said something and went and got a key and unlocked it while my son was still in there. My son was sitting on the toilet still usingin it. This employee didnt even knock. Didn’t apologize or anything for walking in on my son. When I went to tell the manager they gave me the most generic “I do apologize for that happening” that was it. The food was luke warm the sandwiches and the fries. i asked for fries and a order of the poppers. Got my food and notice they didn’t listen about them had to place another order. Only food that was hot was the poppers.

Restaurant was filthy, teas spilled all over the floor under the drink station. Chicken tenders severely overcooked. Outside temp 23 with 12 degree wind chill, restaurant thermostat showing 57 degrees and the bathroom felt like a freezer. There were definitely enough workers to clean the floors and tables. Arby’s is just going downhill as the one in Branson was almost as bad.

I didn’t receive exactly what I ordered, food was cold even though they had me park to wait for food to cook. The past 2xs it’s been like this. I don’t recommend this location as it seems the workers lack the want to work and provide good service.

I absolutely love Arby’s, the last time I ate there it was Good, the sandwich was cheddar and roast beef, the fries were kind of cold however. But they had just made the hash browns so they were hot and delicious

Counter persons boyfriend waiting outside blaring music in a handicapped spot.
Looked like someone sat on the French dip. The dip, cold. Fries frid fresh, poppers as well, both still cold. She was in a hurry to get that next fix. She was definitely methalicious.
Not going back and that’s a shame.
Edit. Get a response once to be led through a corporate rabbit hole of excuses. No wonder you’re losing against other fast food. Don’t send me some endless link. You’re dodging your poor performance.

My Mom has discovered the roast beef sliders and loves them (minus the cheese). She’s older and doesn’t eat a lot, so the size is perfect for her. The price is good, too.
