Food is good I like the number 13 the very least time I went I ordered my usual number 13 with an extra sandwich after receiving my food from the drive thru I was kinda upset as I was given cold curly fries and a small drink instead of the regular size when I asked about it I was told It was the regular size which I know was not true I order here at least once every 2 weeks. Small thing to be upset about I know but I worked fastfood and this was not a good experience.

My bf was hyping me up about the waygu burger, and he finally took me to try it. I was a bit disappointed, the burger was not fresh and the bread was soggy. I believe it was supposed to come with pickles? But it didn’t. Flipped on both sides to check under the buns and no pickles. The French fries were mixed with the crinkle and season fries. I’m not sure why it was mixed, but I felt like it was not made with effort and care. The drink size shocked me! They are so small, like the kids’ cup size at the restaurant. Not worth for the price, but the juice was good! The only good thing I can say was that the food did come fast, and the employee was polite when we ordered our food. I think my experience could have been better.

I am writing to express concern regarding a recent visit to Arby’s In Monett, Mo. During the transaction, we were owed $0.09 in change, yet the amount provided was $0.05, effectively rounding the total down rather than up.
When I asked for clarification, the employee was unable to explain the reasoning. While the amount may seem minimal, accuracy in transactions is important, and repeated occurrences could result in customers being shorted over time.
I hope this feedback is taken into consideration and that steps are taken to ensure consistent and fair cash-handling practices moving forward.

The lady working the drive thru was super helpful and friendly. She wasn’t satisfied with the fries so she dropped some fresh ones in and they turned out absolute perfection Well done!

Had possibly the worst sandwich I’ve ever had at Arby’s. The angus cheese steak was too tough to chew, tasteless, and, I think, cheese-less!! The only recognizable flavor was the nasty garlic sauce. My wife and I spent nearly $30 for two sandwiches, fries, and drinks. Never again!

I’ve worked fast food before, so I completely get it. The manager on duty at the time, Forsyth Hayes, was very difficult and snobby towards me and my friend.
Very disappointed in this as myself and my friend both love Arby’s. Unfortunately we will not be returning.
They got our order wrong through drive through, and when we corrected them, the manager offered free dessert and informed us he already gave us our drinks for free. He did not. We ordered meals, drink included. We don’t want dessert or free drinks. We wanted our order how we ordered it.
I asked for a full refund in which I would apply the funds to a new meal, and he brought my change out to me about 45 minutes later. We paid in cash.
Not extremely happy with this, as I was treated with condescension and rudeness.
The rest of the staff were very kind and respectful. I have no issues with them, only the shift manager Forsyth Hayes.

The leadership team, probably made up of area manager, district manager and, as I am told, someone with president in their title was spread out taking up eight or so spots in the middle of the dining room while lecturing the new general manager during lunchtime today. To be honest, I would expect any customer-focused business to know better. First, hard-working folks don’t go to Arby’s to hear about your food cost, labor cost and how other stores are doing. You are in the hospitality business. Lunchtime is time to leave business behind and enjoy a tasty treat. Airing your laundry in public is inhospitable. Second, it is beyond disrespectful to paying customers to take up so much prime real estate during lunch time. To be blunt, you should recognize that you are the LEAST IMPORTANT people in the building and make yourselves scarce. For Pete’s sake, take your ego party to the back of the house. The staff was friendly, as always. But it was as plain as the nose on your face they were rolling out the Dog and Pony Show for the important people. -Pathetic.- Do yourselves a favor and learn to treat every customer like a bigwig. It is also insulting to see how good service can be when the bosses have an excuse to pay for it. Do better.
