Carbonation was missing in soda machine, serving lady said “I know, we have a guy from Coke coming.” Cashier had no idea. Customers should be made aware if something is not available (like all soda) before purchase. Ordered crinkle fries but received curly fries. The lady at the counter quickly replaced, but with a bare minimum of crinkle fries. Customer service could be improved.

I love their roast beef, curly fries and fruit turnovers. Speciality sandwichs are also very good. Personally dislike the liquid cheese anywhere it’s served. Wish they’d use melted Velveeta or cheddar.

After watching my gobbler sandwich get taken off the hot plate and set on a tray on the kitchen counter and sit for over 5 min it was joined by the rest of my order and served to me cold! Upon opening my sandwich I noticed it was missing ingredients (the crispy onions) I had to all but argue to get the lady (in a gray shirt, everyone else had black) with no name tag just to get what I paid for! When I mentioned my sandwich was room temp and cold she just shrugged her shoulders!! What a shame …

Advertised special of 2 gyros for $7 was displayed. But manager on duty said it ended and she hadn’t had time to change. Weights and measures needs to check this out. Advertised specials should be honored.

2017: Good pit stop on a road trip. The restaurant restrooms only had one stall each, but I didn’t check to see whether there were larger restrooms in the truck stop. The food was good, and we received it quickly. All of the sauces except for ketchup were empty, and we had to ask for them at the counter, where we were given sticky packets. I love that they have an outdoor seating area, although two of the three tables have no shade.
2022 update: Deven made this a six- star experience!! He brought our food to the table, offered a free cookie for our wait, and even delivered honey mustard when the chicken finally came up. He went above and beyond in a great way! Give that man a raise!! (The floor was incredibly sticky from the entrance to the counter… like hard to unstick your feet, sticky…)

I eat at Arby’s several times per week all over the country, usually in Love’s Travel Centers, mainly because I really like jamocha milkshakes, at least half of the time their shake machine is not working, this is really starting to irritate me
