Chicken sandwiches were so hard we couldn’t eat them.
The service is quick and friendly and the food is good. There’s never a hassle over using a coupon, which I appreciate because I love saving money. They’re generous with the sauce packets, too. Unlike a lot of fast food places, they give plenty of ketchup, Arby’s sauce, etc. so I don’t have to ask for more. Try the Reuben, it’s delicious!
we decided to give arbys another try today. went to drive thru they dont close til 11pm and it was 8pm when we went thru and we were told they are out of roast beef. Isn’t thst your whole damn brand is roast beef? we will not be back . worst arbys we have ever encountered and we have lived and traveled all over the united states. DONT GO HERE FIND ANOTHER LOCATUON IF YOU WANT ARBYS
Ordered online, went to pick up my order they stated the ticket won’t come thru til the time of pick up, which I found odd because if u set a pick up time that is the time u actually want your food. However, I waited, was told pull up and they will bring it right out. That didn’t happen, I had to finally physically walk into the restaurant and was told sorry 5hey are just slow tonight. Finally someone came put said they had told someone to bring my food out but the person didn’t. She assured me all food was in the bag. I left got home and nope not all the food was in the bag. I called and was told that I would have to call the online order platform to gwt a refund. Which goes no where. So we will not be back. Customer service means nothing here.
