Eat here at your OWN RISK. First I would like to say that I always treat people with respect and dignity because none of us live long enough or make enough money to put up with difficult people. I’m always in a good mood when I’m going to get food because hot food puts me in a good mood and that is how the interaction started.
I planned on getting two sandwiches because that’s all I need but as I pulled up I saw “4 for 10”. I then looked at how much a roast beef sandwich costed and it was about $5. So the 4 for 10 didn’t make sense to me because each sandwich would only be $2.50 which seems too cheap, and nobody’s going to eat for sandwiches.
So I asked the guy what is this 4 for 10 and he immediately says in a snarky tone “it’s four sandwiches for $10”. I admit I probably sounded stupid but I was just trying to make sure I understood the deal. Then I said “isn’t the sandwich regularly $5 or am I misreading this”. As he responds “yes” an unkown female talks over him “we don’t make up the prices, we don’t negotiate the prices”. That’s all she said and that’s all I said there and that’s all he said. The whole interaction probably lasted less than 15 seconds. I was very cordial I was very reserved with them but they acted like me asking about a deal and trying to clarify it was me challenging their prices or trying to give them a hard time. So I said give me the “4 for 10 thanks”.
Keep in mind I’m the only person in the Drive-Thru there’s no one behind me and there was no one in the Drive-Thru when I pulled up. Which to me is always a bad sign and I should have trusted my instincts.
So at this point I pull up and I’m a little nervous to give them my credit card because the condescending male and the surprisingly aggressive female. So I pay with cash. As I hand the cash over to the guy I said “I just didn’t understand that deal because it was so cheap and I know I can’t eat four sandwiches so I’ll just throw one out my back door for the raccoons or possums”. I was trying to be nice to these people because you know they’re about to handle my food and I’ve been nice throughout the whole process because I’m not going to let people ruin my lunch time.
The food was prepared quickly and it was hot but as he handed it to me his tone changed and he said “enjoy”. I thought that his sudden demeanor change and the strange use of that word didn’t fit with my experience with them so far. My gut was telling me something was off.
So I get back to my job. My instincts tell me just be careful as you’re eating this because something wasn’t right with those two.
I’m really hungry but I inspect the first sandwich and everything seems fine I even look inside the meat. I scarfed it down. The next sandwich I start to inspect it and there’s a little black speck on the bun. I look at the sesame seeds and they are smaller but if one got burnt it would be the same size. So I touch it with my finger and it’s wet, gummy. I Google a picture of mouse feces and it’s an exact match. The bun didn’t show any signs of a mouse chewing on it.
Now I’ve been around mice enough to know that they don’t just run around during the daytime on countertops and I don’t think their feces stay wet for long periods of time. They also never just poop once so it’s obvious when they do. I’ve worked in restaurants.
What this tells me is that these two African-American teens working at this location we’re so offended by me asking some simple questions about a deal, which I assume it’s supposed to generate curiosity, that they went out of their way to expose my food to mouse feces. Or maybe they don’t like any customer. I don’t know if they did anything else to my food? Was it exposed to cancer-causing chemicals? Some bacteria? I know that eating mouse feces probably isn’t going to make me seriously ill but now I have to question my health.
Based on my demeanor and their reaction I imagine that I’m not the only victim. Also the fact that there’s mouse feces available to them somewhere in that building that they can access is also disturbing.

Good and fresh. But, customer service skills are lacking everywhere in the fast food industry! The young lady that took our order did good, but the young man that also helped us didn’t say one word, not a smile, nothing! This happens ALL THE TIME, everywhere! Why is is so hard for these young people to make eye contact and say HELLO or THANK YOU?!

I went to place an order at the drive-up, they were extremely rude, they kept hurrying me up with my order and asking me do you want anything else do you want anything else. When I went up to the drive up the order was completely wrong and the manager was horrible didn’t offer to fix my order just gave me my money back. I will never go there again!!! And this has been a consistent pattern because I used to go there all the time.

I visit this location at least 3x a month the staff is usually friendly. I appreciate the coupon book I had received from one of the staff it was a surprise when I noticed but cool…who doesn’t love curly fries

Short staffed, always forget sauces no matter what. Pay staff more and maybe they’ll feel more motivated. Shame on these corporations.
