FOUR ROAST BEEF SANDWICHES FOR TEN DOLLARS MAKES ME HOLLARS, “Boy is that a good value!” And I appreciate a lady who appreciates good value, I make my au jus sauce at home with a packet of powder and boiling water to dip the sandwiches in and its so darn good. Oh speaking of which, our ancestors would have had to work for an entire day simmering bones and bits to get a nice au jus sauce so those powder packets are industrialized abundance and wow is it yummy with your guys sandwiches. Sometimes I put black pepper on it when I want to be fancy get a Lil ceramic plate and glass of au jus and a couple of roast beef sandwiches and I just think ahh life is nice.

When I pulled into the drive-thru window, I was met with a young teen girl with braces who very much didn’t want to work there. Like I was actively insulting her for daring to get any food from this place. Keep in mind, the only thing I had said was “Hello” and placed my order. After about five minutes of waiting, she practically tossed the bag of food into my hands and walked away without saying a word. Then I received my drink from an older woman, maybe a manager, maybe not. Either way, she also didn’t say a word to me. Very confusing experience, it felt like I did something wrong for showing up, which probably isn’t what you’d want ideally from your restaurant. The food was good, which was nice, but I don’t know if I’ll go back to this Arby’s in particular.

Pathetic. The image I’m attaching of my sandwich is a statement made by the staff of this restaurant. It says, “I really don’t care that my customer worked nearly an hour in a job he hates for the product he’s purchasing from me. I have no pride in my work because my parents didn’t teach me about personal integrity.”
Serving a a customer a core slice of tomato is a big no-no. Core slices should be thrown out the moment they are spotted. There are about five shreds of lettuce on this sandwich and the mayo was not spread….at all. This reflects badly on the trainers, managers, and owners. Is this what you are proud of?

This was my first time eating at Arby’s, and I just want to say that the manager or employee there, named Mike, did an excellent job; he recommended great items I was looking for. He gave me an entire breakdown; he was awesome. Also, the prices here are absolutely reasonable; 4 for 10 beef sandwiches is a great value. I got just one, and it was a solid size. Overall, the fries, the beef, and the Brisket were great. Also, Mike did a great job. I’m definitely coming back.

Ordered thru Uber eats. Bought half pound roast beef and they skimped on the beef….wasn’t half pound Sandwich was as small as a regular roast beef. And it was cold! And dry like it already or sliced and sitting around forever. The potato cakes were tasteless and bland. And They didn’t even put salt packets in with it….This Has happened more than once with Arby’s. Might be common practice. Don’t order Arby’s with food delivery service!

Waited for over 20 minutes for our food and had to go back because they forgot the au jus. Employee was nice, which was appreciated, but it doesn’t make up for having to wait over 20 minutes for our food.
Also, as I’m writing this, we just discovered they also forgot our drink. Be sure you have plenty of time if you go through this “fast food” restaurant.

This location was great until recently. Seems like the current manager is holding up operations and only standing around watching things not get done. Sat at the drive thru window for 25 minutes to wait for 1 sandwich, 2 fries, and 2 drinks. They couldn’t make my other sandwich that I had ordered ONLINE.

We just now sat in the lobby for 8 mins while the guy stood in the kitchen watching us and his phone and the other employees sat in the back just laughing have a good time instead of helping customers z I rang that bell to let them know we was waiting to order, then some girl came out and stood and hid from us. Like close the door if you don’t want to help customers!

I ordered the Philly cheese stake combo, medium size. It was the WORST ever! Who decided that ground hamburger meat could suffice as steak. Let alone it had cheese sauce and not sliced. The medium drink was for a kids meal. This is why I don’t do Arby’s it’s like a box of chocolates, you didn’t know what you’re gonna get.

Not the best Arby’s but is more convient for work then next one down the road close to home. The water tab on the soda fountain is on the poweraid spigot so water has a slight ‘blue’ flavor to it, usually on the lemonaid or sprite and you don’t get that when in those. Ordered (two)9 piece steak bites and received less in each… They did prepare the additional ones but think they only did the 5 piece order originally
