I went to Arby’s earlier this evening, and had to go back because they forgot my ranch chicken wrap. No big deal. I pull up to the drive through and explain my situation. They immediately tell me to pull to the window because they have it ready. No questions asked. I get home, take a couple of bites only to reveal that this is not a ranch chicken wrap. This is in fact a honey mustard chicken wrap! Not to mention that they’ve been consistently messing up my bf’s orders when he’s been going lately as well. ALSO! (I know the employees can’t help this) Arby’s got rid of their peppercorn ranch sauce AND their iconic, creamy buffalo sauce. Only to replace it with that nasty, oily Nashville hot sauce. Why must they do this? I hate to make this review, but Arby’s has been going downhill recently. I’m praying for y’all, and I’m an atheist.

Overall it was disappointing. The shake machine was broken and they were out of red sauce for my wife’s sandwich. The workers were apologetic and nice, but that doesn’t make it any less disappointing. Do better next time… if there is a next time.

I gave the service three stars because the second gal who finished taking our order was incredibly hard to understand. I thought we ordered correctly, it was probably my mistake. My friend wanted a #2 we said medium size which was 2 sandwichs. We wanted one. I had 2 cheese sticks & a medium drink which came to $ 22 dollars. The employees were great. It was clean, fast and tasty.

Ordered food on Door Dash. I had 4 roast beef sliders, which were good. A crispy chicken sandwich, which I didn’t care for. It was cooked well. I just didn’t like the flavor. I also ordered the mac and cheese bites, and I didn’t like the flavor of those either. I haven’t had either the chicken sandwich or the mac and cheese bites before from Arby’s. I usually stick to what I know at Arby’s, but I thought I would branch out a little.

Was watching the chubby bearded dude in glasses eat roast beef as he sliced it for customers. Seriously! Jan 7 2026 8pm. Wearing same glove to put food in his bearded face as he used to make our sandwiches.

I like the late shift better but i found several hairs in my food and the workers male and female was not wearing a hair net or gloves! Please be careful with day shift arbys but i love the dude who has nice dreads and he always is polite and sanitary.

Absolutely disappointed in what should be a simple sandwich. It’s supposed to be 4oz and I got two slices of roast beef. And at $7?!! Insane to me. The crinkle cut fries went straight to the trash. They were hard as all get out and tasted like very old spoiled grease. What a waste of money, do not recommend this Arby’s. They obviously have 0 standards for the food they prepare.

Took 30 minutes to get our food when there was only 2 orders ahead of us. Food was cold and greasy. Usually Arby’s is delicious, but not this one.

Went in today to get an order to go . Staff were arguing and chaotic. Orders were mixed up . People left drive thru and one came in and demanded money back . Then we’re confused on last order . It was ours ! Waited over 15 minute , only one in store and it was wrong . Never again Arby’s . You need to train your staff .
