This is the best fast food in town by far. The food is always good and fresh, the restaurant is always clean, and the staff are great. Erica who helped us with the menu really makes this place stand out. 10/10 recommend. Try their desserts too!

Took five minutes for the associate to get through taking our order. Sat at the window for quite awhile after paying to wait for our food. We were then given the wrong order and brought it to their attention. There were only two people in line. Not much of an excuse for this.

I ordered a fish sandwich combo recently. The sandwich was taken directly from a refrigerator and put in an Arby’s bag and handed to me. Man, these people have no shame. I reached out to corporate to complain and they emailed back with the usual corporate speak. Said they would send me a coupon for a free sandwich. Still waiting on that coupon to arrive.

Water is dripping from moldy ceiling tiles all throughout the dining area. Employees didn’t care when we told them as I was sitting eating when I felt the water from the ceiling. Won’t be eating inside anymore.

Took a star because I can’t get ahold of anyone and it’s been 3 days. I’ve tried calling. I don’t live it in excelsior, so it’s a 45 minute drive. Came through Friday all the exterior lights were shut off so it was hard to see anything. I told them but I was ignored (because they were closing early come hell or high water) I had to repeat my order several times (I think because they are distracted) they missed a small fry in my bag and didn’t give me a receipt but I noticed quickly and turned around, so it shouldn’t have been a issue…They refused to answer (this was still twenty minutes before 10 when they were SUPPOSED to close) I tried to call, again no answer. So I pulled up to the window….I sat in the drive thru at the window for more than 10 minutes, during that time they turned all the interior lights off (to run me off I’ve worked in fast food I know what they were doing) but I still sat there, hoping to at least get my receipt. I sat there long enough they gave up on the no lights and turned them back on to close down but still ignored me…it was still before 10 when I drove off. Pictures are from when I drove off…
