I felt so bad for the cashier and other workers, they were overwhelmed with people wanting and needing their food. But they were positive and I didn’t hear anyone of them grumble or get snappy with customers!

I wanted to try the new fish dinner because I love fish and the pictures looked so good. Unfortunately that’s not what I got. I got 3 little puney pieces of fish, a few fries and no hushpuppies! This is so disgusting. I patronize this restaurant whenever I’m in town and this is no reason to be treated this way.

Had lunch here today. My sandwich was excellent and my order was made quickly! The dinning room did need cleaned however. I had coffee and it was hot and good. The music wasn’t too loud and was a good mix of songs. I also like the materials and style that was used for this place’s construction. It isn’t bland or boring looking.

Terrible. Classic roast beef sandwiches had only 2 slices of meat each. The mozzarella sticks seemed to have been refried as they were not crispy like they usually are and the cheese was tough. No napkins were provided in the bag. Not worth the $25 spent.

I ordered a double roast beef sandwich and orange cream shake and chicken bacon ranch fries. My sandwich had 4 slices of meat my fries were cold the chicken cut up on it was hard and dried up and not much orange flavor to the shake when I went back through only about the sandwich I was given an argument and bad attitude will not got back to this location again

Ordered the meal. Fifteen minutes later no food. Asked where it was. Some kid from dining area brings up our order and says, “We didn’t order this. ” Wanted us to take our order after it had been in other people’s hands for ten minutes, and copped an attitude when I told them to make it fresh. I ordered a beef and cheddar, and the guy turns around and grabs a pre-made sandwich from a pile of pre-made sandwiches. The bun was hard, meat was room temp, and I 10 adidn’t hit cheese until the third bite. This place is so poorly run, it’s laughable. Terrible quality food at a brand new store. The manager should be fired, or else be out of business in a year or so. A complete joke.

Walked over and decided on a Sweet Heat Chicken Sandwich. Khloe suggested the jalapeno bites with bronco berry dip since I didn’t want fries. Perfect addition to the jalapeno bites. The sandwich was good too, although next time I will order it without the cheese.

They open at 10 am, I went through drive thru at 10:10 and got no response at speaker. I went around to window and the girl just looked out the window at me. She didn’t have headset on yet and was nowhere near ready to take orders. I saw manager come around counter and the girl pointed but never opened window to speak to me. The manager came to window and apologized. All I wanted was a strawberry lemonade so even if food wasn’t ready to go on time it wasn’t a problem. She should have had headset on and ready to answer speaker at opening time wether food was ready or not. You should never leave customers sitting in drive thru without any aknowledgement.
