Last couple of times I have went has been terrible. Customer service is unprofessional..I had a beef and cheddar sandwich replaced a few weeks ago (really should have been the whole meal) because when I got home there was 2 pieces of beef on my sandwich my fries were barely full and my extra cheese cup that I paid an extra $1 for was a squirt of cheese. Same thing happened again tonight. Fries barely full., hardly any meat on my sandwich and a squirt of cheese. I gave it two stars cause at least I got all 4 of my mozzarella sticks

This used to be a great location with good hot food. We don’t go as often anymore because it’s certainly went downhill. Every time we’ve went there in the past year or so the food is awful.. stale bread, meat is almost like jerky, only giving a 2 star because last night the fries were at least decent. The workers are normally not friendly, they had music playing pretty loudly that wasn’t really appropriate and they were using vulgar language without a care in the world so loudly that we could hear them across the lobby. I’m not against the music or language however being in a customer service driven role myself it definitely looks bad in my opinion. We won’t be returning for a long while.

Had to wait few minutes before ordering. Not busy and it was only two of us in store. Ordered a reuben sandwich and curly fries. What I received was a mostly bread sandwich.meat did not cover bread and was pretty dry. Fries only filled half a box and were not hot. I approached counter and showed cashier that box was only half full and then he tried to basically calling me a lier in not so many words and stated they spilled onto the tray and there were more than in the box. Are you going to eat what’s on a tray that has not been sanitized and only wiped with a rag that probably wiped tables and chairs along with other dirty trays ? Back to the story now . He did fill box up with remaining over fried , dried hard pieces from the fri basket. These were worse than what I started with. Unfortunately if I could rate zero it would be done. Horrible place to eat .

Not fast, but got our order correct. I enjoy the curly fries and milkshakes. They were out of sweet tea, weird for the South. I recommend them if you enjoy Arby’s.

My husband loves Arby’s. We live in Chester but go over to Perryville some. We would probably go more but the service leaves a little to be desired. Each time we go the workers are not friendly, they dont even look at you, they definitely don’t greet customers with a smile. I ask a guy there once if I could have fresh fries & he said dryly “I’ll try”! I’d rather not spend my money eating out if the food isn’t hot! It’s just not a good experience. Plus its not just every once in awhile its every time we go. Please train people better because without a doubt they do not wamt to be there and it shows!!!!

Young man working drive through, and several other workers, stood around in back while family and I waited to be ask if we could be helped, for almost 7mins then young man finally came to counter and ask rudely if there something I need, he had red hair, unshaved and looked dirty. I ask him if he could have alittle respect for my family.and I, And before his rude facial expression my wife knew I then was upset and grab my arm and said let’s go. But I thought this is what’s wrong with today’s world, Noone has consequences for their acts. WELL WE SHALL SEE RIGHT

Terrible service. Waited in line 15 minutes and was not once acknowledged or asked to take our order. Employees looked right at us several times and continued to focus only on drive thru orders. We don’t mind waiting for a while as we understand things happen and maybe they were short staff or something. But not even being acknowledged was extremely rude and unprofessional.

This was probably one of the best Arby’s we have eaten at in a long time. Was surprised by the negative reviews. Our experience was hopefully something that the restaurant is striving for.
So, the staff was friendly and courteous. Greeted us right away. Took our order. Food was prepared fast, hot, and delicious. The curly fries were cooked perfectly. Most of the time, they are overcooked and hard, but these were perfect. The place was clean, even the bathrooms.
So, our experience was good. Keep up the good work.

Customer service unmatched! Can’t go wrong with the French dip and the pumpkin turnover. I ate my food so fast, if someone were there to record it would be in Guinness book of world records
