I like the new item just added to the menu. Steak bites. They have a charbroiled flavor. I gotk the large order for under $10 and made two meals from it. Adding the bites to a Sweet Chili flavor “Cup Noodles” Stir Fry microwave Soup.

The brown sugar bacon roast beef sandwich was extremely good. The sweet flavors of the brown sugar bacon blended very well with the roast beef and cheese flavor and then top it with the King’s Hawaiian bun was a perfect idea. I was extremely pleased with my purchase and drive thru service.

Food was delicious and hot. The two ladies working drive thru were sweet, efficient, polite, and as kind as can be. I didn’t catch their names but, I wish their were more people like them. They both have been there for over 20 years and that absolutely made my family’s experience a amazing one..

Absolutely ridiculous store. I had made an online order and went to pick it up while on lunch. It wasn’t ready so I waited and after a little over 5 minutes Igot impatient and asked where my food was. They hadn’t even started making it. By the time I finally did get my food. My lunch break was over and was running late. I was quite upset about that. I went to grab the manager and after realizing that all the employees were all special needs, I decided it wasn’t worth my time and turned around and went to eat my food. I sat there and ate my food then left, only to go to my job and have my boss come up to me and tell me that arby’s called him and said they don’t want me coming back. I had sat in the restaurant to eat my meal. Why didn’t they come and say anything at that time? Why do they think me not talking to the manager and telling them off was an aggravate gesture? Then the owner gives me a response saying “hey click this link and tell me about the problem” and it will not allow me to fill out all of the fields. As in I have the city filled out but it’s putting up a red star saying that it’s not filled out and will not let me complete it. So corporate gives you absolutely no way to contact them about any of these issues. Farmington sucks.

I’m not the biggest fan of the food but that is no fault of the employees. That’s just what Arby’s offers. However, the food is always made correctly. The staff is friendly and acknowledges you immediately after entering. The managers here are phenomenal and have an amazing team working for them. I get my food to go but the store always looks clean. The customer service here is the best you will get at any fast food restaurant guaranteed.
