I have eaten here several times. Today I had the worst Rubin sandwich. It was ice cold. I find. Notice it was cold and the cheese was not melted until I returned to work to eat my sandwich. I work 5 minutes away from Arby’s. Definitely won’t be going back.

Absolute joke! Food was ok, as to be expected. The bigger issue was an employees sick kid running around coughing on guests and laying across tables while her parent was (I would assume) working. I went in for a quick bite knowing that it’s a fast food place and shouldn’t expect a high quality experience, but this was an absolute disaster. Honestly, I feel like the health department should even step in.

Only to get to the window and told by Will the shift manager that they couldn’t accept my cash payment of $100 on a $30 order
Now it’s Friday evening at 6 pm several cars ahead and parking lot with cars present. It seems crazy that change can’t be made during dinner rush
I ask if a BLT was available, and they agree, but surprise when I get home. NO BLT It’s a turkey sandwich
I called the restaurant, and Will, who couldn’t accept my cash payment, informed me that mistakes happen
I’ve learned a lesson. Arby’s may have “All the Meats” but they lack customer services and order accuracy

Drove through for the 4 Arby’s for 10.00. One car ahead of me paid and pulled over onto a handicapped parking spot. I got the order in about 5 minutes. Home in 10 more and still warm. Great taste, but they only put 4 sauces in the bag after I asked for a big handful. I like the chippewa location, and it’s next to Ted Drew’s frozen custard.
