Have eaten here many times. Today I tried delivery. I have to say everything was great. The order was actually early. Food was still warm. The driver was friendly and professional. All of the food was prepared as requested. The sandwich had the necessary sauce. They advertise free delivery on Monday and it was actually free. Completely free delivery! Try it out next Monday.

This is a well run store. Most of my orders are accurate and fresh. Everyone makes mistakes once in a while. Today I asked for a full farmhouse Roasted turkey salad. They had no roasted chicken, and I was asked if fried chicken was an okay replacement. I said yes, and received this very “humble” side salad with a chicken tender’s worth of meat on top. Just thought this needed to be mentioned. Customer service was great. You guys really normally do good, please don’t cut corners on us.

I went to Arby’s on my way home from work. I bought a burger, classic beef and cheddar, and a chicken sandwich. The chicken was the size of a chicken nugget on a bun. It was overcooked and blackened. I should have pulled over to check my order. When I got home and was ready to dig in….the disappointment! Smh! Never again though. I will go in the county before I eat here again…..Trust!!!!

Not sure why it’s so hard. My receipt clearly read curly fries. They gave me regular fries so I went back to get it corrected and got an attitude like it’s my fault. Hate how these places have gone to such crap these days.

They did not put enough beef brisket in my sandwich. There needed to be at least a 1/3 more beef brisket on the sandwich, especially for the price of of almost $8.

Excellent service and the food was good but inside the floors looked dry but we’re super slippery, I had to grab the trash bin otherwise I would have fallen. There were signs for wet floors but that was ridiculous because it was all the floors from doors to bathroom.

I had long day visiting at the hospital; when I decided why not try Arby’s tonight. But when I got home and went to sit down to eat I was so disappointed at what I saw. I took my little food back to Arby’s. One sandwich didn’t have any meat on the bread just a slice of cheese. Then the new cheese steak sandwich had just a scoop of meat in middle. It didn’t look like the picture on the ordering board. But they refunded me. The manager apologized for the situation
