Disappointed that my order placed online for pick up is incomplete. My horsey sauce for my sandwich plus my 3 other sauces for the fries, fried mozzarella + 2 ketchup packets are missing. Had to remind the manager about my drink. Do these folks getting my order ready (manager) not bother to read my order? Apparently so! I would never order from here for delivery nor will I be back to this location. Do I get paid to do his job for him? No!

Absolutely without a doubt the worst location I’ve ever been to! First off the lady working drive through on 1/6/2026 needs to be fired ASAP! Nobody in customer service of any kind should have such a bad attitude! Curly fries were not edible they were burnt so bad, and took 15 minutes for a basic combo meal because above mentioned employee was arguing with an elderly lady at the counter. Notified corporate as well. This location needs restaffed or shut down!

I have the opportunity to go to this location today and can I just say… Wow!!! I did not have to wait long and when I got my food, it was piping hot! Special shout out to the server who took care of me while I was here, Chase, he was very polite and had a very chill and sweet vibe about him! I will definitely be back! Great job team!

Horrible experience, I order 4 chicken wraps, waited 15minutes for the worker to let me know they are out of bbq wraps, so I asked for the honey mustard wrap instead! Now remind you all I originally ordered 2 ranch wraps & 2 bbq wraps. I get my food the worker says “Sorry about that yall, but it’s hot”’ We take the food & go, NOT ONLY do I have 4 honey mustard wraps, no ranch anywhere, I’m not sure when I was only told Bbq was not available. I opened the wraps & the tortillas are literally soggy from being warmed up. I mean the lettuce is burning hot & soggy. I can’t believe this! The cheese is sticking to the wrapping, Its sooo obvious the food was warmed! The food wasn’t freshly cooked hot but overly microwaved hot!

This store isn’t great. The floors are always greasy, it smells weird. I went through the drive thru and my food was cold and my order was incomplete. This isn’t a reflection of Arby’s im general as there are better stores around St. Louis in general.

This location has a very sweet kind and friendly manager. I believe her name is Fiona (at least that’s what the receipt says) i was greeted when I entered. Waited on promptly. She wa just a very sweet enjoyable person to interact with. Upon leaving the young man working with her thanked us and wished us a good evening.. normally fast food employees are unfriendly and moody but these two were just fantastic!!

I went through the drive through tonight and the girl in the drive through was rude and didn’t say one word to me. Practically shoved the drink and food in my face and looked mean. I always wait forever for my food and the mac and cheese bites were burnt like the oil hasn’t been changed in a long time.

Tried the new steak nuggets. Taste was good, but really dry and overcooked. Mozzarella sticks really good.

Just got home from the drive through to find out our large fries were only the small size in the large packages and all thrown in the same single medium bag packed full with absolutely no care. The people were rude in drive though on top of everything when you’re not even busy. I used to work backline and management at another location for 3 years and this is the worst service I’ve ever seen. I could literally see your workers on their phones though the drive through. A store full of kids and the GM ( a lighter skinned lady ) is one of them. Please do better, it’s no way my food was re warmed and when I said something to the GM I was dismissed -0/10 save your money if you’re from out of town like me.
