Met with a friend for lunch. I had the deep fried turkey club. It was delicious. The sub bread was soft, turkey was moist, just the right amount of mayo/lettuce/tomato. Restaurant was very clean and numerous times I saw employees wiping down tables as patrons left the store. Employees were friendly. By far one of the best Arby’s location in So. Illinois

They were out of Sauerkraut, so opted for roast beef. Should have gotten the double meat. However, everything was hot and tasty. Someone came around offering to take trash, get items, etc. Very friendly employees. Clean

I ordered a Italian beef..when I got back to work I had a passenger seat full of juice…they put a large cup of juice for the sandwich in the bag with no lid…..I had a seat full and my console…and my lap full….never rat there again

Food was fresh and hot and delicious. A couple of young girls was standing at the counter eating and carrying on and laughing. Not sure if they was waiting on more of their order or not. Not sure if they was asked to go to a table or if they got the rest of their order but they made a big deal about it at the table. Actually they was downright rude about it and making rude comments over it. Well those other people had just waited a few more minutes to come in it wouldn’t have been an issue. Well guess who those other people was it was me and one of my friends. I’ve always been out if you don’t have nothing nice to say don’t say nothing at all and this is a time those girls should have practiced that. They was only two tables away from where myself and my friend was sitting and I could hear everything they was saying. I know that doesn’t have anything to do with the restaurant but in a way it does because of the way the girls was acting in the attitude. Had I been the manager of that restaurant I probably would have asked those girls to politely pick up their food and go out sit outside and eat and I wouldn’t care how hot it was outside that day or how cold if the weather was cold. My belief is if you’re in a restaurant everybody should be decent enough so everybody can enjoy their meal and visit with the people at their table instead of having to listen to rude comments from other customers especially when the rude comments is towards other customers. Just saying not saying this because the girls was talking about me and my friend but just because I had to hear it and I really don’t care what anybody thinks or has to say about me but if they can’t say it to my face they don’t need to be saying it at all.

ordered a french dip tonight, got home and opened the bag to discover instead i was given two buffalo chicken sliders, my mistake for not checking before i left, but i tried calling multiple times and the phone just rings and rings to no avail, would love a remake on my food

We were given undercooked food. I have never had pink roast beef from Arby’s. We had takeout, so we had to drive back to the restaurant. They didn’t even bother to give us new sandwiches and said this was normal/cooked correctly. We went back home and ended up having to microwave the meat. I made the mistake of putting it back on the same bun rather than using fresh bread. Now I have stomach cramps 2 hours later. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had with fast food.
