Store is horrible. They can’t get an order right. Missing had the order even when I’m inside the store. The cashier is low. Won’t answer the phone. Let with no food and no refund in the end.

This Arby’s location is always super clean. Fast, friendly service. Consistently good food. Roast beef, YUM. New rib sandwich, YUM. Those chicken nuggets were a shocker! So good. No chopped and pressed nugget shaped goo. REAL chicken! And let’s talk about that Bronco Berry sauce! That should be on the soda fountain, it’s that good. Jalapeño bites were basic Jalapeño poppers, no complaints. My curly fries had more ringlets than Shirley Temple! Put that Au Jus sauce on the fountain next to the Bronco button cuz I could drink that stuff, too! Arby’s makes me happy.

Cameron, Trace and Tessa are a force to be reconned with. Tessa’s attitude, demeanor and gentle confidence suggest she was born for leadership roles. Trace is an ABSOLUTE WIZARD behind the scenes. If I could rate 10 stars I would. Grandslam and an extra homerun on the taste, quality, presentation and timing of preparing the food. Legitimately the first sandwich I ate was so good that I went back to order another one before I finished my fries or bbq sandwich. Cameron displayed a level of poise and authentic concern for the customers in front of me, when I was ordering my second sandwhich, that is rarely witnessed in todays world. Keep it up young man you are going places in this world if you maintain that same attitude!!!! Tessa made a simple yet honest suggestion when I posed the question, “what do you order when to eat here?” The Gyro on a brioche bun with jalapeños should be added to the menu ASAP. In my honest opinion I suggest it be named the TESSA burger or the STONE gyro burger in honor of the brilliant and absolutely awe inspiring young woman who suggested it in response to my inquiry. This franchise is fortunate to have an employee/management in their employ. She is quite literally the very epitome of what keeps me living in Southern Illinois. Good hearted, honest, fun loving, smart and humble. PAY ATTENTION POWERS THAT BE. YOU NEED MORE EMPLOYEES LIKE HER!!! Thank you all for making this hungry mans night!
