Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 fish sandwiches and curly fries. Service was fast and friendly. The fries were excellent and the sandwiches were perfect. Fish was flaky, good amounts of condiments, bun was fresh. All around fantastic experience.

Went through the drive thru on my lunch break. I was told it will be a minute when there wasn’t a single car in line or at the window. I sat there for 3-4 minutes before someone came to me. Then ordered my food then had to set another 7 minutes because they didn’t have the food made. I ended up with 10 minutes left on my break to try to eat my food and make it back to work. The lady who handed me my food didn’t have a single apologetic tone about her. Didn’t try to make it right or anything.

I went through the drive-thru and I ordered a steak bite bowl. The meat was cold the macaroni was cold. They replaced the order with another cold steak bite bowl. I didn’t have time to go back through again so I called to let them know that it was cold. They basically called me a liar and said we know for a fact it’s hot enough because we ran it through the microwave twice but thanks for letting us know. They were very rude about it. So be careful when you order that the steak bite bowl because their microwave is not getting the meat hot on the inside.

This restaurant looks like it is brand new. Clean lobby, tables, floor, and facilities. Employees were exceptional! Large parking lot. Well done Salem Arby’s.

Atmosphere was what you expect at an Arby’s, but the drive through cashier can only be described as rude. We had to pull up and wait for 10 minutes. That seemed excessive for what we ordered.

Unfortunately I never got the chance to order because not only was the lobby locked, no one answered the phone. Being a truck driver, my semi won’t fit in the drive thru. I was really craving a Reuben and some jalapeño poppers.

The parking lot is covered in a THICK layer of ice they really need to get snow removed right away before it can build up the way it is. The ice cream machine was broken and the food we got was old. Mozzerella sticks where room temperature warm and soggy. To top it all off there was a small black hair in my beef n cheddar. It looked like an eyelash/a very short hair. The service was exceptional but it seems like the owner is failing their staff by not investing in equipment upkeep and snow removal or salting the parking lot. Is a few bags of salt or a lawsuit for someone slipping and falling cheaper?
