Pulled up in the drive thru at 10:10 am , sat there for 5 minutes and noone ever talked to us so we decided to go inside. First thing they had no carbonated drinks. Which is fine I’ll take water. Ordered the number 1 , it’s the cheddar and roast beef. I think because they had no soda they assumed I didn’t want the meal so just gave me the sandwich. I don’t know what’s going on at this store but I don’t recommend going.

Noticeably clean, and the people working there actually seemed to be enjoying themselves. Bathroom was spotless and all the sauces were full and even had to-go packs. Pretty solid Arby’s experience.

So stinking sick of doling out my last dollar for garbage!! A jamocha shake has flavor!! What I got was a big cup of vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup on top. I hate vanilla ice cream so it went in the garbage. Thanks
