The food was okay, it’s what you’d expect from any Arby’s. I don’t know what the miscommunication was. We had 1 diet and 1 regular drink. Initially, they gave both diet… and one was about 75% full. when i went in, the lady insisted that I got the right drinks… pretty sure I didn’t, because I hate the after taste of diet soda. She did change it for me… but gave me diet, again ☠️ at that point, I just gave up.

My and my fiancé ate here during a lunch rush, and every single worker was very very nice, especially the girl that rang our food in with black hair and star tattoos on her arm. Plus, our food was delicious! One of the best experiences I’ve had in a while. Keep up the good work! 🙂

Last week I went in through the drive-thru and ordered four classic roast beef cuz he had two for six so we ordered two with cheese and two without cheese All bored ended up with cheese and I’m lactose intolerant so them to went to the trash cuz I was not driving 7 mi to 8 Mile to take it back and I called in and the worker said what was my name she said she was acting manager she took my name and said the next time I want I can have two free classic roast beef so I go to call in today to let them know I’m going to pick up my two classic roast beef My name is nowhere on the list so I had to pay again. That’s a lack of communication and poor management even when I talk to the GM poor service

One of the best fast food restaurants in town. Great food with a lot of variety but less expensive than other establishments like McAlister’s Deli. Highly recommend the pecan chicken salad sandwich, buffalo chicken wrap, Greek gyro, and of course roast beef especially with the red ranch sauce. Also, the staff are very attentive and friendly. I go here at least once of week. Highly recommend.

Amazing staff, the wait times are never too long. If my wallet could afford it I would probably come here at least once a week as I’ve yet to be disappointed by the food and service. My personal favorite item is the Greek Gyro.
