Went through drive thru and whoever was taking the order was very rude. I asked about a roast beef and was talked to like I should know already what all comes on it then asked about a chicken sandwich and was talked to like I was the dumb one cause they are out but yet there tape is see thru so I thought it was there to hold the label to the board not as crossing it out as they don’t have it. Well for starters we decided to dine in and everything was laid back. The cashier was very friendly and very sociable also the food was fresh, hot and very good! Also the shakes were spot on This place was very clean and you could see the team work to keep it that way this is by far the BEST Arby’s I have eaten at!!! I wish I could remember the cashier’s name but this was on Friday May 23rd @7:30 also the rest of the crew you deserve a Big Thank You too!!! Keep It Up!!!

If you are handicapped, don’t come here. The handicap parking spot is at the end, and if you have a wheelchair you won’t be able to get up the step. There isn’t enough room if cars park in front of the little area to get up. Also, the self-serve drink area floor was wet and slippery.

I am writing this review because of the exceptional and friendly service I received when I visited the drive through on July, 17 2024 late in the evening. The young lady and young man who were working at the time were extremely pleasant, friendly, and respectful. They were clean and well-kept in appearance and represented the store in a very positive way. I comment here because a number of years ago this used to be the norm. Now, it is a rare exception. These young entry-level workers are to be commended for representing the store in such a cheerful and positive way. The manager should be commended for the choice of hires.

I received a printed receipt for my order that I need for company expense reimbursement. The only problem is that you can’t read it. It appears on the receipt to be a 3 dollar purchase instead of 13, When I inquired about a reprint for a cleaner copy I was very promptly told “no, this printer is broke, that one is broke and so that one over there is the only one we have and so it is what it is.” I asked again, “is there no other way of receiving a legible receipt for my order?” Again, I was told no, it is what it is and that is all they can do for me. Horrible customer service experience…

Food is great but there shake machine is always broke. If it’s broke they need to put that on the app during that time so I don’t have to have upgrade to a large drink instead for the same price of the shake when it’s not actually what I want.

So we took our dog on his best last day ever (lymphoma sucks) to the Arby’s Mattoon. These amazing people helped us give Carl the best day ever. Pup cup? Check! Beef n Cheddar for a cancer patient dog? Big check! Thank you, Mattoon Arby’s, for helping us through one of the worst days. We will never forget you. And thank you, Jess, and all employees, for your kindness.
