We visited this location on November 5 at 3:34pm and Preston was extremely nice,professional and informative. I’ve never experienced such an amazing customer service in fast food. I, myself have been in the industry for 20 years and this guy was just awesome! I’d work with him happily in any kitchen! He gave us confidence that everything in our order was there and read everything back as well. Food was great. Service was exceptional! This guy deserves some recognition Thank you Preston for being such a great service industry person! Usually people don’t seem too thrilled to work where they do but this guy seemed to actually enjoy his job. It was an all around pleasant experience.

This is a mess who would eat this. This is not the first time. Hadn’t been back in a while so I thought maybe it was a one time mishap but to my supise clearly this is their new standard. Guess I’ll take my business somewhere it doesn’t look like it’s been slid across their floor first. Whomever made this sandwhich seems to really hate their job and it shows.

Went inside to order and have lunch. Time on receipt said 2:08, food was ready at 2:29. Fries were cold. Summer walked by me several times and not once said anything to me. Orders in the drive thru were being taken care of while people in the dining room stood there and waited, and waited for food! By the time we got our food my fries were cold. I go up and Summer asked if there was something wrong (not in a nice way) I said they were cold. She went over to drop some more fries and yells across the kitchen it would be 3 minutes. It took longer than 3
Minutes and my food was finished by the time the fries were done. I had to go up and check on them to get them I have a feeling that if I hadn’t of went up there I probably wouldn’t have gotten them. While we were eating another customer had an issue with his food, he goes up there to let them know and sits back down to wait. He went up
To check on his food and Summer was so rude to him. Everyone in the dining room was like that is not right! She told him they were extremely busy and she didn’t appreciate his attitude. We didn’t hear him

The only good thing that happened was Jimmy took our order before he left. You need to have more employees like him and less like Summer!! I will not be back to this location!! I do not appreciate not being taken care of when I come in and spend money! My money is just as good as someone who come through the drive through and I deserve the same service as the drive thru does!

Of all the fast food options I like Arby’s the best. The food is good and this location has friend service. The restaurant was clean and well kept. If we’re ever back in the area this will be our lunch stop.

The new steak and cheese sandwich was very disappointing. The sandwich had only 2 or 3 slices of meat that didn’t fill the bun, both ends had no meat. There was no garlic butter even though it was advertised in the description of the sandwich. There was plenty of cheese sauce though. I ordered a combo meal but didn’t receive the fries. Overall, I was very disappointed this time.

Ordered online and picked it up in the drive-thru and it was fast, finished the order in their parking lot and got it quickly. I couldn’t even eat it right away, it was so fresh and hot. Arby’s just needs more online deals like the rest of the chains have. I will be eating here more!

we spent $38 dollars for 2 sandwiches, a wrap, sides and drinks. the tortilla on the wrap was all torn up and somehow the cheese was on the outside, the barbecue pork sandwich had no barbecue, my rueben was cold, and my fries were like crumbs. the only things they did right were the mozzarella sticks and jalapeño poppers.

The food was cold and the cashier wouldn’t listen to my order so it was wrong. And I had to add my shake on a separate order cause the other employee with a headset heard me say a jomocha shake and brought it over buy she was like she didn’t order that I knocked on the window Said yes I did.
