Like most places these days, just because you are a customer standing at the front counter doesn’t mean there is any reason for employees to rush to the cash register to take your order. When my order was taken, they did a fine job of cooking it, assembling it, and serving it with a fair amount of friendliness which seems rare these days also. The store could use a carpet change but it was as clean as you can possibly get it.

Staff was fine and the food is your typical Arby’s. However the rating went down due to the bathroom. The first stall had no water in the toilet and the second was clogged with toilet paper. The third was fine but I think only because the stall was broken and not able to lock.

The food is consistently delicious. They offer a wide variety of unique American dishes that you won’t find elsewhere. If you’re looking for a change from chicken and burgers, you can try their roast beef. And if you’re tired of regular fries, you might enjoy their curly fries as a tasty alternative. The desserts are also quite enjoyable. Personally, my favorite items at Arby’s are either the Gyro or The Jalapeño Roast Beef Slider. Just thinking about them makes my mouth water. However, considering it’s a fast food chain, the service is decent but not exceptional. The interior could benefit from more vibrant colors and decorations to liven it up, as it currently appears rather plain.

The staff was extremely friendly and courteous! I love the chicken salad sandwich that is served for a while. There was a posted sign telling how to treat the customer. There was a spirit of happiness.

This is the third and last time they will be getting my order wrong. The customer service was non existent. Spending 30+ dollars you would think they would make sure they are making the correct orders. Will NOT be returning. I see why no one eats at the cunningham location in Champaign.

It cost me over $12 for a SANDWICH (not a meal, just the sandwich), which is shown on tv as having a LOT of brisket, a new bacon brisket dip sandwich. Look at the picture. I was so bummed, I will NEVER buy this again. I could barely find the brisket or bacon and it was a huge helping of regular Arby’s beef. Soooooo disappointing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

The Arby in.Urbana Illinois is way better than the one on Springfield Street people are nicer they are very polite they are not rude and when we was in line even there was great clothes they still took the people like Springfield Arby’s telling us they close and we’ve been sitting in the line of the drive-thru for 15 minutes where this one they waited on and I thank God for a nice people like that they should have more people and teach the one on Springfield how to treat customer
