Get the French dip its great! Try out the jalapeño poppers. They are really good. Of course the curly fried and the roast beef everyone knows that’s good.

Honestly though… the crew is really great! I feel like they are all really nice and helpful if you need anything. So I love that!

Day crew is great. Orders out quickly and accurate. Night crew, bad! Slow ordering and wrong. 10 minutes per order and they act bored and uncaring.

Came in Tuesday after passing through from a long trip and decided to grab a few sliders with fries. Usually hate any Arby’s I come to because the Food is never fresh or something is never made correctly. But it was this day. It was extremely packed there and I complained so the manager came out and insured that my food would be fresh and it was. Also apologized for the wait. Thanks Elizabeth and team ! I look forward to coming back.

Not sure of the name, but a woman working there was speaking to her employees in a very offensive and unprofessional manner. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. The food was good but I feel absolutely awful for the people who have to deal with a person like her – and she clearly had some authority over them. Hope the owners see this and get rid of that one….

This Arby’s was absolutely amazing; the food was good, the place was clean, the staff were nice and fast.

Every part of the store had been cleaned, when customers came in and made a mess it was properly cleaned.

The food came out really fast despite them busy at the drivethrough.

The food was great, classic Arbys, if not a little better. Really suggest this place if you are around

I was so excited to see the indoor closed sign removed as I really wanted that indoor experience as it looks so nice inside. So, I got out of my vehicle only to be teased as all the doors were locked! WHY? I have been in my vehicle for 10 minutes now and and I just witnessed 8 other families walk away from this location as the indoor dining was not open. I would have just went through the drive thru, but I had a really bad experience with the drive thru last time. Plus, I really don’t want to sit in my car and eat my lunch. Please reopen the indoor dining asap. PS not a single family who wanted to go indoors went through the drive thru.

11 January 2026 Update: Failure by the management to read my original review and simply reply “we look forward to serving you again soon” has resulted in us no longer planning to bother this Arby’s with our patronage.

Following is the part of the original review they ignored. I’ve removed all original compliments and adjusted the score accordingly:

… However, the most recent visit we ordered via the app. Upon arrival, I announced an online order. I was not asked who I was. I was simply told to go to the window. At the window, they immediately started handing me drinks. I asked how they knew which order. They said, “It comes up on the screen.” So I asked what they were giving me. Shocker: it wasn’t anything like my order.

Eventually, we got our order. But it was irritating. I filled out a survey and was promised I would be called. 3 weeks [now months+] later, there is still no call.

I originally judged this restaurant based on dozens experiences. I stated if I experience more bad experiences, I will update the review. Thus this update. It appears management is not interested in improving services. So long!

The guy working the window was THE BEST DRIVE-THRU EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD. Sorry didn’t mean to yell there.. but I’d recommend going to this one and ask if Jaden is working and If he is you’re in for a treat he asked things I would have forgot.. drink holder, sauce, extra napkins! I know you think thats a norm for fast food believe me no fast food restaurant experience will be the same!! Watch I bet in 6 months he will be a manager!! Thanks Jaden! I’ll be back!

Ordered a large fry and a large water. Yes that’s it, but apparently the manager or whoever the lady was (seemed to be in charge) obviously was upset over the water. I was expecting to be charged for the water since it’s a large, but she complained saying it’s not free. Ok, cool, then charge me.

But no, instead of having me pay, she threw a fit. I wish I got a her name, you’re in customer service, so instead of throwing a fit in front of a customer, do it behind closed doors.

If the customer service she presents is ok, then I’ll find myself another fast food joint to waste my money at. As of right now, this location lost my business, very unprofessional.
