Picked up the 4 for $10 roast beef sandwiches today. They were garbage,non-edible worthless crap! Threw them away and will never come back. Went to old Arby’s years ago on University and it was fine! How can you sell this so called tasteless substance in a bun? Unbelievable!! The response from Arby’s is the same to everyone. The beef sandwich was garbage inedible mystery meat! What more do you want me to say? Tell me how I can elaborate?

I think there was only staff member, but he was polite despite the time of night when I went late yesterday. However, I believe I had an allergic reaction caused by the sweet tea as I started itching before I got home. Hoping Arby’s can disclose what’s in their sweet tea to me so I know whether it may be a new or known allergen. I have never reacted before like this.

*had to put my random extra McDonald’s sweet and sour on the bun to just TRY to soften it*…. Slider obviously sat in the window for well over an hour… the sandwich sat in its wrapping for at least an hour… never seen an onion bun so prune. Fries were molded together and cold as s***. Didn’t get my requested sauces. Driver was GREAT. This Arby’s sucks. Whether you dine in, drive through, or delivery… they will find a way to screw it up… Manager isn’t helpful. Not everyone wants a free meal they just want what they paid for. Don’t go to this location. *used a scheduled ordering and was able to view when it was picked up and delivered… total time.. 5 min. Not a delivery error*

I absolutely love Arby’s, I’m a avid-lifetime fan of their original Roast Beef and Cheddar Sandwiches for sure! Even though, there are a lot of the items on their menu that I cannot eat, due to a tree nut allergy(the worst of the bunch being pecans), I still love the items that I can order! There milkshakes for instance, are to die for! Absolutely magnificent! If you’re in the mood for one of the more classic milkshakes, whether it’s the classic Chocolate, Vanilla, or Strawberry type shakes-they have them! Even if you have a hankering for something that’s just a tad bit more off the well-beaten-path, because you’re one of the more adventurous types? Then, Arby’s can please those peculiar taste buds just as easily! They have some of the most absolutely delicious milkshakes, such as the limited time Mint Chocolate Shake, that’s only available a select few times of the year! Then, they have they’re list of they’re beloved milkshakes, that are made perfectly yewr around-every single day, that are perfect for the people who are always looking for something different! The list includes The Jamocha, The Triple Chocolate Cookie, The Salted Caramel & The Chocolate Cookie, and my own personal recommendation of the amazing Apple Turnover & Cherry Turnover shakes! They both are delicious, you really can’t go wrong either way! Plus, the best part of Arby’s shakes would have to be, by far their sizes! A large at Arby’s is at least 3x’s-4x’s the size of even an extra-large at any other restaurant who serves milkshakes -GUARANTEED! The size of a small shake at Arby’s would be the closest size that they serve in shakes that would be somewhat equal to that of a large shake at, let’s say, a McDonald’s restaurant, and for the same price!? Simply put; if you have the opportunity to choose Arby’s for tonight’s milkshakes, then make the choice! I can promise you that you won’t be disappointed! Way to go Arby’s!! YOU GUYS ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!

Went on the app to place an order to use my rewards , the app shows there’s no times to pick up food so I couldn’t place the order . Went to location to ask about it and the rude drive thru worker states “we don’t do that here” which is wrong because I did it the week prior . Employees are lazy and didn’t want to turn on the online ordering . Trash expensive but I love the food .

Tried to duplicate the great meal I had from the Arby’s by Northwoods mall last weekend and stopped by the one out by Kohl’s on my way home for a crispy chicken club wrap. Terrible this time. They didn’t even cut the huge wrap in half, the tortilla is so stale that it’s literally just breaking off, and the chicken inside isn’t even moderately warm. The crinkle cut fries were decent. Should have know because this Arby’s location is the worst in Peoria and they’re always dead.
