Nothing special here. The cheesesteak sub used to be way better at Arby’s, now it feels like they just gave up halfway. Fries were a bit over‑salted, not terrible but not great either. Overall just average, nothing to write home about. A pretty middle‑of‑the‑road kind of spot.

Stopped here en route to somewhere else, for the best price on gas anywhere close to them-at least 19-15 cents lower than their nearest competitors and 50-60 cents lower than the suburbs.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went there last week Monday on my lunch break for a chicken Swiss sandwich. It tasted ok to me which was typical. After an hour later of eating I felt EXTREMELY nauseous. I ended up getting sick 5 times that night and was so uncomfortable the next day. I had food poisoning before as a teenager and I felt the same exact way.
This store needs to do some serious training on food safety and should be following all steps when preparing food. I doubt the staff even checks the internal temperature of the chicken that is supposed to be “fully cooked”.
Never going here again.

We ordered 3 beef and cheddar sandwiches. It was $19. NONE of the sandwiches had cheddar on them and all 3 were cold. Not a great way to spend $19. We won’t be back and they are 5 minutes from our house. Very disappointed.

I ordered Fried Mac N Cheese bites and realized they were burnt. I showed them to the cashier telling her that they were overcooked and I know they are because I order them all the time. The cashier told me “I dropped them for 4 minutes and if I do it again it will come out the same way every time, sorry”. At that point I realized she either knew they were burnt and didn’t want to recook them again or she really thought they weren’t burnt. So I decided to leave because I didn’t want to argue over some Mac N Cheese bites. I just wanted to leave this review because I’m disappointed that she thinks they were cooked properly. I can’t even bite into them, they’re hard. Waste of money.

I visited on 10-16-25. After I ordered I paid with my debit card. The screen on the machine said, “Accepted” The young lady asked if I wanted my receipt. I made a mistake and said no. After waiting a minute or two, they called my name like my food was ready and I walked up to the counter and was told my card was rejected. They wanted my to put my card back into the machine. I refused and checked on my phone with my bank app and it showed it went through. I even showed them my phone. On my phone, it showed the transaction was, “pending” I called my bank and they checked their system and with Master Card. Both say it cleared.
Even after this, the manager refused to give me my food or a refund. So they took my money and wouldn’t give me my food or my money.
Now on 10-18, the transaction has cleared. Next step for me is to call my bank and refute the charge and get my money back.
UPDATE: Before talking to my bank, I called the restaurant and talked to the Store Manager and she immediately apologized and they are going to make it right.
