I wanted to give this Arby’s a try and to support the local businesses. Especially because the parking lot is not usually busy.
I ordered a beef & cheddar sandwich and curly fries. The sandwich was messy because the kitchen prep person threw the buns on lopsided and the cheese was on one side of the sandwich. The curly fries were all too crispy and burnt.
Now this could be a one time bad day for them.
But, it was a disappointing meal.

Went in to pick up 2 to go orders, which were ready immediately at piping hot. The man working there was one of the nicest people I’ve ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. He even wrote a friendly note on both receipts To give the customer a smile!

This place is very new and looks really nice inside, but there are some problems already at this place.
The employees aren’t that nice when I was taking my order I got attitude for asking for certain things I didn’t want on my sandwich. If you complain about something they do not take it nicely and start talking back.
The food is alright, there’s nothing really to complain about. It’s just very average. The fries are usually warm and the meat is room temperature. I wouldn’t take a stop here for food. Go to somewhere else nearby if your looking for some fast food.

Brand new arby’s. It is so clean and the people there are so nice went there 2 weeks ago and I had a young man named Henry who waited on us for a big order. Everything was right. Everything was good and very friendly today. We went and we did a online order. Because I received a coupon. And same thing. I wish I would’ve got the lady’s name but I think the manager was helping her. Everything was right delicious and I appreciated the coupon. Keep doing what you’re doing. ❤️

Cashier was great friendly and efficient.
Sandwich preparer threw the cheese on one side of the sandwich and stack the beef in a ball in the middle of the bun very sloppy preparation.
Tighten up the training operation and employee motivation perhaps.

Before you went and served you well, the food was good, but lately the staff don’t pay attention to you, the chicken is with a strong taste and it feels the old oil, you have to wait too long I think the staff do not feel like working there, not all of them are very friendly but some unfortunately have no interest in providing good service

We were so happy with this Arby’s when it first opened. The food and service WAS fantastic!! The last three times have been horrible! Stale bread, no aujuis, cold food, the fries, and poppers were literally tossed in the bag with the sandwiches, spilling them all over! ..last time we were there, they told us we would have to wait 10 mins while they cooked our food. Not a soul was there. We also left without placing an order. Needless to say, I’m not going back. It’s a shame it went downhill so fast!! I REALLY hope they fix this. We loved the place, went about once a week.

I honestly hate leaving bad reviews but when I came in there was nobody working the counter and I had to wait for someone to come up though the drive thru person saw me she didn’t motion for anyone to come up. I ordered a French dip and the aujus was so salty (not expecting that) also I went to use the condiments at the station and none of the pumps had been refilled. The curly fries were very fresh though so that was definitely the hilight of my meal. I get that this is a fast food restaurant so I set my quality expectation level low but this experience was certainly below even those. Maybe they were having an off day so I will try again.

Keep driving. Went in there at 4pm. No one in the drive through, no one inside. Manager girl made us wait ten minutes while she balanced the cash register. Then acted annoyed we were even there. Not even a thank you. Ok. $24 for two beef and cheddar meals. Wow. Arby’s is out of Arby’s Sauce! Wow again! Food was cold, buns were stale. Jesus. Whoever the clown is who owns this place is clearly asleep at the wheel.
