7/11/25 update. Deceptive advertising. Sign showed the sandwich should be 2/7. Rang up full price, didn’t know because I was in the drive through. When I saw it on the receipt I asked. I was told I have to ask for the promotional price. Was told it was a policy put in place by the manager due to staffing concerns. Sounds like they are padding their bottom line at the customer’s expense.
I walked out because I had to go find something to eat for lunch because I work nights. So, You got me for $10.00 but that will cost you thousands because I will never eat at your restaurant again! These employees want $15 an hour and some do deserve it, but there are certain ones that shouldn’t even be working because they aren’t worth $5 an hour.
My husband and I came into the Morris, IL Arby’s. This evening.
We have always had great service. This evening we were approached with a gal named, Madison.
Young and uneducated on customer service.
When my husband and I had our order placed we were told, thank you for not being rude for our coupons being expired and not expecting the company to honor them…we were cool and nice.
We ordered our meal and got all of our sauces except for the three pepper sauce in which was not offered in packets.
We asked Madison for a couple of cups with lids to get some of the three pepper sauce.
Unfortunately, Madison rolled her eyes and mumbled words under her breath!
I simply told her she didn’t have to be rude, she roll her eyes. Upon that I almost slipped when walking into and out off the establishment.
Madison told me that there were non slip yellow signs and I needed to leave the establishment.
My husband and I at 50 plus year olds are appoled at this young gal that can be so rude and ask us to leave when she was in the wrong!
She and everyone needs to learn and understand where the paycheck comes from…the Customers!!
Manager was not available to talk with….
To add to this, there was a gentleman that was sitting to the right of us, he saw everything that went on and he shook his head and saw everything that went on…he was in awe
