Food is generally very good quality and service has not been bad. Seems a bit rough at 1st but if you treat them politely they seem to reciprocate entreat you politely. Overall I have enjoyed the experience there.

Drive thru took 25 minutes to get through as the good car. Asked for ketchup and Arby’s sauce. I told the woman I would pay for extra Arby’s sauce. She begrudgingly handed me my bag, did not add extra Arby’s sauce, and no ketchup. I had a crying baby in the car and could not wait another 40 minutes to get through the drive thru again for my sauce. Spending 25$ on two people, you’d think 10 sauces that cost pennies to make wouldn’t be a problem, especially since I said I would pay for it.

It was very slow in the Drive-Thru and then when I got my food it seemed like it was hastily made and the bun seemed old was falling apart
