Really friendly staff, showed up 20 min before close (would usually not do that). However the guy that took my order was eager to do it and I received my order in a timely manner. S/o to him for still being able to take care of his closing duties at the same time

Went through drive thru the cashier was a bit hard to understand and another guy came on saying HE said and repeated what he said. Got to window the guy was rude very unprofessional very standoffish and had to ask for sauces and we had 40.00 worth of food and he gave us a couple sauces and we asked if we could have couple more said thank you then he started going off saying you can just drive off you don’t need to say anything else and accused us of saying something nasty we only said thank you it was crazy behavior!! His name was Casey never seen anything like it. We got our money back and will Never go back there! No wonder Arbys is closing up with employee with such attitudes

So I went into this place and ordered a Reuben….. A Reuben certainly does not consist of fish! I call and all I get is I must return for them to fix it. I drive a freaking tractor! Who knows the next time ill make or there! Always check your food!!

Don’t go to the Hardee’s on Brisbin Road (Exit 116); take the Minooka Exit 122. You can place your order ahead of time on the app, and there’s an 80% chance your order will be perfectly tasty. (I laugh at guy who got a fish patty on his reuben, because I did ordered the reuben on 3 different occasions in the past month, and my only complaint is when they brag about “they got the meats”, they don’t put enough meat on their sandwiches)
