I had not been to an Arby’s in quite a while, I got some coupons in the mail and figured I would check it out. I went here yesterday and was a bit surprised at how good of an experience it was! The young lady at the counter(Ayla I believe?) was amazingly helpful! I was able to get a lot of food(with drinks) to feed 3 people for $17 bucks, which is amazing today. Not only was it a lit of food, they did not skimp on the beef on the sandwiches at all-it was stacked! So glad too that the Potato cakes are back-makes it feels like the Arby’s I remember as a kid. Restaurant was very clean as well. I will for sure go back to this Arby’s in the future! Good job to the staff and management!!

I mean, it’s Arby’s. You either like the place or you don’t. If you’ve never been to one and like the idea of a decent roast beef on a bun, give it a shot. We like it every once in a while for something different. The curly fries are really good. This location in terms of quality, cleanliness, and friendliness is as good as most.

Ok so we rely on this fast drive through for the kids when they need their “favorite sandwich”, the original roast beef. Service is friendly. The inside has been renovated and is so fresh and clean. Nice wood accents. Tables spaced apart, high and low seating. The jalapeño poppers filled with cream cheese were spot on, totally hot and crispy, fried fresh. Best I’ve ever had.
Only a few things took away the one star. Sticky bathroom floor and ketchup machine was empty, just a few small details to improve. The bathrooms I approve of otherwise. Huge, very handicap accessible, nice diaper changer inside for babies and toddlers. The wraps there (Buffalo chicken is my favorite) is, dare I say, phenomenal. It’s spicy and crispy with a fresh stretchy tortilla-style whole wheat wrap. Could use a tad more lettuce inside though. I saw today they have a Cajun catfish wrap. Sounds interesting.
Spent just under $30 today feeding 3 people (2 of them kids).
Update and tip: if you are down to the bottom of your fries supply etc, and you say, fresh fries coming up just wait an extra couple minutes, please don’t give someone one order of fries that’s the bottom of the last batch and soggy-like warm and one batch that’s nice and new and hot and fresh. Clearly you give the customer a fully fresh batch. Just an error in judgement but some training/policy could be used.

Not a lot of people eat inside the restaurant, but the service is Quick. The food is usually done before I can get sauces and napkins and drinks. The food always tastes good (even if sloppily prepared at times) and I’m very glad they brought potato cakes back. There are always coupons in the mail that make it pretty affordable for a quick meal.

Want through the drive thru and was pleasantly surprised by the kindness shown to me by the employee taking my order and delivering my food. Both went above and beyond to not just be an order taker … they were kind and friendly. Their kindness made me seek out writing reviews for them, so you know they are doing something right. We miss Arby’s, they all closed in our area, so when we had the chance to stop and eat. We were delighted.
Their curly French fries are the best! And nothing says nostalgia more than a classic roast beef with Arby’s sauce.
The staff also brought our food to our table which was a nice surprise.

It’s impossible for me to go there and not get the beef and cheddar, so I don’t know about their other sandwiches. I don’t go there often as they’re not close to me, but when I do, it’s always a treat. Curly fries and drinks are good. Never had a bad experience with food or service. Average for a fast food joint.
