Food was great, this is my favorite arbys… Something weird going on cause a manager got fired while I was shortly waiting for my food… Again, food and service have been great but I’m a bit confused and surprised they would fire someone for “not hiring enough people”. The restaurant had PLENTY of workers… I don’t understand what’s going on.

The last two times they have messed up my order… I do not live around the corner and for me to drive all the way back is very time consuming and just not worth it… I’m very frustrated because after a long day of working, I’d like to be able to pick up my sandwich and drive the 35 minutes to my house and eat and take a shower… Unfortunately that has not happened the last two times that I went there and the lady there the last time I spoke to her at the drive-thru gave me an attitude about it… Lo and behold as I leave and I’m getting on the highway. I look in the bag just before I get onto the on ramp and it’s the wrong order again… The food was good, but I’m just tired of going to this location… Unfortunately there are no other locations near me… Wasted time, wasted money, wasted patience…Beyond frustrated…

Arby’s came out with a hamburger (not a beef sandwich), and we went to give it a try. I went with the Waygu Bacon Ranch burger. My dinner partners had Hushpuppy Breaded Fish Stripes and the Roast Turkey Bacon & Ranch deli sandwich. The big win for me was the Waygu Burger; it was juicy and flavourful. The Brioche bun was buttery. My partner enjoyed the Roast Turkey sandwich as it is a favorite of his. The consensus was that the fish strips were good but not great. The staff were attentive, and we felt they cared about our experience. The cashier thanked us for stopping in. The dining area was bland and dated.

Lobby was very dirty, tables,under tables, empty sauce pumpers, no soda, the gyro was extremely cold. Person on the fries was just on the phone and fries were cold. Beef meat tasted awful very old. Please do better.
