I’ll take some blame for getting a chicken sandwich from a place that does not specialize in that. The sandwich was terribly sad, now I remember why it’s been 10+ years since I have eaten Arby’s, fries were not hot. Shake was great! Lady working the window was giving lots of positive support to her co workers which was nice. But like little Cesar’s I’ll never eat at that chain again.

Recently renovated Arby’s that has a very clean interior. I got a classic Beef ‘n Cheddar sandwich. It was okay; it was made very quickly, and you could tell as half the sandwich was falling apart. However, it tasted good, and the staff were friendly.

Ordered take out, found a hair in my fries, being as we were in the vehicle i thought there’s a fair chance its mine. But the one in the sandwich most definitely was not. Called and spoke to a manager. No apology, no we will address that. Just whats a name and number for a free meal. I dont want a free meal for a repeat experience. Absolutely disgusting

The original girl we got at the counter was really great! She was kind and friendly she appeared to be somewhat new although the manager was being rude to the staff, she would put off working on other orders and move to a different one, I was getting my 2 kids sat down and she yelled my name to come and get my food twice, same thing happened when we were in the middle of moving tables. She yelled my mom’s name repeatedly until my mom came and got her food. My mom ordered a beef and cheddar sandwich with the cheddar on the side and she made sure we only got half the cheddar that was supposed to go on the sandwiches. Put me off from going back to this store

We checked to see if they were open and it said open till 1am…this was around 11:30 non Friday night and we were greeted with “are you DoorDash” and we said no and then whom the lady was taking order goes “what do you want?” In a pretty poor tone. We were kinda appalled and just left.

I am not one to go online and complain but I feel this needs to be addressed. My last 3 visits to this location, I order my comfort French dip. And return home to find that the au jus, has been placed either upside down, or with the lid off, in the bag. Meaning, my car is soaked in au jus, the bag is completely soaking in au jus, my sandwich is soggy, and I have no au jus! I understand being busy and things do happen! But 3/3 visits with the same error, is just careless. I am extremely disappointed as this is my go to for a quick bite.

Upon ordering, I find there milkshake machine wasn’t working. If I wanted a broken milkshake machine I would’ve just gone to McDonald’s, but that’s a whole other issue. The order was simple, one might say quite basic – half pound roast beef meal and a beef and Swiss. For some reason, only known to the employee who decided more work was necessary, we were given a beef and cheddar instead of the half pound meal. Now normally that’s not a big deal, but the meat was so disgustingly bad, the sandwiches were inedible. In conclusion, will not be returning for at least a week.
P.S when I tried my drink which was supposed to be a delicious, refreshing Dr Pepper, I picked up on the taste of root beer. They think they are sly with hiding the mistake, but it’s there, always forever the horrible root beer flavor overshadowing the wonderful delicacy that is Dr Pepper.
