I hate that my family likes Arby’s because this place drops the ball time after time. I try to give the benefit of the doubt but I never have a positive experience at this location. This most recent time, I placed my order online, for pickup through the drive thru (which is offered through the app and because I’m mobility impaired). Upon arriving I was told I had to come in to pick up my order?? I go inside and the screens displaying my order clearly state drive thru at the top. S communication issue between workers causes one of them to unroll two of my sandwiches to examine them; she wasn’t wearing any gloves and touched both of the sandwiches. The third sandwich on my order was an absolute disgrace. What was supposed to me a smokehouse brisket, add bacon, was nothing more than a few pieces of regular roast beef and cold microwave bacon. Pictured below is what I paid nearly $10 for. I’ll never go back to any Arby’s simply because of my experiences here. 0 stars.

went around 11:30 for lunch at the drive through. The food was quick but the fries must have been sitting for 2 hours. The ham and Swiss sandwich I got had no flavor and was also cold. The gentlemen at the window didnt speak. He couldn’t have cared if I lived or died. At least I know why the food was so fast. I won’t be back. If you want a fast food experience that is fast, hot and good service just go to Taco John’s.

My French dip and Swiss would of been so much better with the broth sauce it should come with when you order French dip. The reason it’s called French dip. My order was for 2 French dip and Swiss with a sauce for both and a classic roast beef. But I was given only 1 of the sauce. Fine if only 1 person was eating like a pig. The employee who assumed 1 container of sauce for 2 people to share must believe double dipping is fine and we all love to spread germs. To that employee thank you for the extraordinary dry French dip and Swiss. And for making my meal aa shifty as my day.

Do not get the steak nuggets and drive. I almost lost my life choking on the dry, clump of “meat”. I also had the loaded Italian sub. Both ends of my sub had nothing in it. It was the farthest thing from loaded. They used to have an amazing Italian sub in 2016 but now its trash!!

I stopped in to get a meal threw the drive threw and got a roast beef sandwich, potato cakes, and a power aid. The potato cakes are older. I have added a picture of the sandwich I was handed 6 minutes ago. It is very dry.

Terrible – gross turkey bacon club – I have been eating these for a number of years at different locations. I have never had the turkey in the form of cheese stick sized logs on my sandwich – if you’re out of lunch meat,…maybe don’t have the night crew as prep cooks ♂️ I realize this is fast food but the integrity and continuity as a chain is missing here – I would have been happy to order something else had I known – this was a complete waste of money and a total let down after a super long shift at work. Is the slicer broken ?!? Hope you can correct this – will probably not return to this Arby’s now that I can’t trust what I’m getting.

Went to get food came out with missing fries, the fry u did get was only half full, and error on my sandwich. Did the survey got a call to come in now or next day. Showed next day to get a food card for missing items. Told front counter person who I needed to see she just pointed over there.. they were clearly busy with an interview or meeting. Explained missing food and sat down waiting for 20 minutes never to receive anything. Wasted my time and never got anything out of it other than a headache…. not happy about the visit at all.

They over frie the food it has a horrible taste you can literally squeeze the cooking oil out of it. It made me ill terrible service they wouldn’t trade my food!! As we’ll . I do not recommend Arby’s in Williston .
