I am sorry, I always try my best to speak with someone at a store before making a negative review. I ordered on the app. asking for crinkle FF’s. I pulled up said my name and the person on the speaker was not in a good place. I asked for extra crispy FF;s. She hesitated and said, “i suppose”. I pulled up to the window. A kind person said to me, “It is almost ready could you pull around to the front and I will bring it out”. I smiled thanked her and pulled around. In a resonable amount of time, she came out handed me a bag with the nastiest FF’s i have ever seen. Cold, soggy, tasted like old oil, had curly FF. mixed in. The way she was so sour about me asking for HOT EXTRA CRISPY FF’s I was not about to go back around and ask again for what I already asked for. That was a waste of money.

We have gone to this Arby’s twice in the past six months. Both times they didn’t fill our order completely and they were slower than molasses. It took them 15 minutes before we got our order and even then we only got half of it. Their lack of service is ridiculous especially when they weren’t even busy at the time we have gone. We live 30 minutes away. We shouldn’t have to supervise the employees to make sure they’re doing their job right. I’ve worked in the food industry for years. It’s astounding how little care and respect they have for their customers.

We ordered and decided to eat in our vehicle. The lobby was so disgusting! Shoes stuck to the floor, not just by the pop machine everywhere, dirty tables, trash and food on floor. The window to look through the kitchen was dirty stuff running down it. I was grossed out I couldn’t finish my food. Not very friendly worker’s either. Health inspector should really check this place!

We have a mixed review for this particular Arby’s. I had the ribbon and it was good. My husband had a classic roast beef and he said the beef tasted old and a little rancid. We got the bottom of the curly fry bag the top few fries were fine but the rest of the order was small pieces and really crusty. My chocolate shake was really thin/melted, and was more like drinking chocolate milk.

We were hungry and decided to stop here after stopping at Walmart. Excellent service for being the last people they served. They shut down shortly after we arrived. Excellent food quality. Super fast as well. All hot and fresh food. I was able to eat what I had ordered and usually it comes crunchy but these foods were super soft I appreciate you guys so much. Much needed hot food after my day. Keep it up! But they were out of curly and fries for the entire night due to trucking issues. So ordered something else. Still best customer service.

They’re short staffed, apparently. However, in spite of just a few staff being on duty, they’ve consistently rolled out hot delicious food over several visits! Yes it takes a little bit longer for made to order, and I’m really impressed with their putting out reliable products and service. Every time I go here it’s been a very favorable and satisfying food experience. They have me rethinking fast food. It’s a little more expensive than some other fast food restaurants and, imho, well worth it. Maybe sups just encourage the cashiers to remain a little flexible with special requests, remain patient & persistent, and keep smiling. Keep persevering. It’s awesome, like the little engine that could.
