I was very disappointed with the service tonight which is odd. When at the drive through I asked if they were still doing the BOGO sandwich deal, and the lady barked, NO! But when the app finally pulled up, the 1st 2 deals were just what she said they were NOT doing anymore! And at the windows this lady was just RUDE!!! Never cracked a smile 1 time! Very disappointed tonight.
Sandwich was ok but hardly any fries!! Definitely NOT worth $11.52 OR putting up with RUDE ATTITUDE!!!
Gonna have to rethink ever coming back here!

This Arby’s is awful. Their food quality is very poor, it’s dirty, and I’ve gotten sick twice now. Don’t bother getting their 2/$7 fish special, they were so overcooked they were like a hockey puck and there was almost no fish even in them. You couldn’t chew them at all, they went in the garbage. The manager (???) Kendall was super rude as well

Was craving curly fries from Arby’s and I only ordered a large fry. Was pretty disappointed that they skip on how much they give you. My large fry was half full when in my opinion should be heaping. Makes me never want to order again when places do this to save a few cents. You lose lifelong customers when you try and save a few cents on skipping on the fries.

I give up on ordering fast food. Its never going to be done right. I ordered on the website from my car. They weren’t busy because the restaurant was empty. Not sure if the nice lady at the counter was being trained, but she seemed to be in a rush. I got my food and went to my car. I looked over the order and everything was there but the BBQ burger. Went back in and the burger was on the warmer. She tried to help me before the 2 men at the counter but I told her to help them instead. Got my food and left. Got home and the roast beef was a single, not a double. The burger was raw, very pink. Cheese wasnt melted. The fries and mozzarella sticks were fine. I’m done with fast food. Workers need to calm down and focus. When you rush you mess things up.

I was ordering the $7 chicken sandwich meal from the coupon book that I was given. They couldn’t make it spicy and all they do is just dip the breast in buffalo sauce. Super easy. Employee was very disrespectful. Took along time to put in the coupon. Made us wait on the right while my friend and I saw at least 3 people getting their food when they ordered after us. I didn’t eat my food cuz it was cold and bland. I wouldn’t recommend going here and go to a different Arby’s. This one just isn’t it.

Extremely rude drive thru employee. There was a mistake on the cashier’s part. I just nicely brought it to her attention so it could be corrected. I know no other way to correct mistakes besides calling them out. I wasn’t angry or anything, I just didn’t want to buy something I didn’t want. She thought I said cheese steak but I said cheese sticks. So I just wanted it to be fixed. No big deal. But while me and her were figuring it out, some man gets on the intercom and mocks me very rudely while speaking to me condescendingly like I was a joke. He kept repeating every reply I made to his questions, in a really immature voice like he was making fun of me. It was just really unnecessary and rude. I ended up just leaving after this. I can’t imagine eating food prepared by someone who would treat a person that way.
