I went to this Arby’s location to get some food around 9PM. I went to the drive thru and was told to start my order. I just started to talk when a man came over the speaker and said that they were closed and they wouldn’t take my order. I was already asked to give them my order and they were supposed to be open for at least another 45 minutes. If they would have just done my order, SINCE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO STILL BE OPEN , I wouldn’t have been mad.
I usually don’t give bad reviews, but I am angry and I wanted management to know why I will find another Arby’s location to go to.

The food here was absolutely amazing. My husband and I really enjoyed our experience here. We always have lunch before driving thru the Black Hills. Keep up the great work. We will definitely come back to this location the next time we’re in Rapid City.

I got a ham and Swiss sandwich and the corn beef Reuben last night. Three hours later, I began what has become the worst food poisoning experience I’ve ever had in my life. I’m still experiencing symptoms. It’s been over 14 hours. i’m so mad at myself for trusting Arby’s to not get me sick but that’s my mistake.

I live ten miles out of town, so I usually have to get my order to go. Stopped in there last Friday to get a French dip. The guy said the receipt was in the bag when I got home, no receipt and no au ju!
Really??? Just a roast beef sand!
Now I can’t drive all the way back to town to get my auju and I have no receipt to show that I was even there.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Being in an RV that doesn’t fit through the drive thru, we walked up to the closed lobby & was directed to order at drive thru. Seeing others standing in drive thru, they wouldn’t respond to our ordering at the box & when we waived the truck behind us to go first, the box asked them to order. The truck gentleman nicely said “can the ladies here first order first?” & the guy stated “we can’t help walkups” (even tho they just did). We stated “our motorhome is too big for drive thru” & he said “you have to order from your motorhome then park off to the side & walk up to pick it up, we can’t have people walking between cars.” ?!?!? So we left.

They have the all in one soda machines. Mixes tasted like they had more water than syrup. Just threw our drinks out after a few sips during the meal. The food was good. Nothing special about service except tables needed cleaned.
