I arrived at the drive thru at 5:32pm. I happened to look at my clock on the radio as I turned it down. There were 4 cars in front of me. I finally got to the window at 6:16pm to get my order. I ordered a 1/2lb roast beef sandwich and medium diet coke. The pop was fine. The sandwich was not. It was a regular size sandwich, but worse it was ham not roast beef. Not even a ham and cheese. It was just ham. But then I got a strange taste of something. It was onion rings or onion petals. It was disgusting. I didn’t have time to return to Arby’s because I was already late for my friend’s house where I was supposed to be there at 6pm.

The drive through was cozy and warm. Hard to communicate with clerk. Young man was nice and we didn’t mess anything up. We had to remind him for condiments. This was a much better experience than Wendy’s.

Waited to be serviced and wasn’t acknowledged, then when serviced seemed like we were an inconvenience. Customer service here could really use some work and maybe some involvement with higher management could insure no one else has an issue.

Worse place is on 41st St
I over heard a customer trying to get a water cup while door dashing and they refused to give them 1. I feel that they are actually a customer because they are picking up an order for someone who paid so therefore they should have been able to get a water cup. The reason why they got that business is because that person was out in the hot heat doing that so for them to refuse I feel is wrong. Any other restaurant would have allowed a cup. Come on Arbys do better.

Worse place i will never come here again. I overheard a customer asking for a water cup while working with doordash and I was watching the situation and looking at the managers reaction looking at him like he’s dumb and gives him an attitude and says water cups are for my paying customers only… To me, I need doordasher or Uber.Eats is technically a customer because they’re out there picking up other people’s orders i have seen.This is at other restaurants and any other restaurant , especially on a hot day restaurants will give it at least a small water cup

Ordering food here through the drive thru was really slow and they weren’t even busy. When we brought the food home to eat, our child’s chicken strip was raw! Other times they have forgotten whole meals from our order.

Came through the drivers thru this afternoon order a beef sandwich and someone’s nasty donuts. Went back through to give them the donuts back and get my sandwich and not even an apology/explanation anything. So gross. Cross contamination at its finest.

Ordered door dash for pickup, and the lady at the counter wouldn’t let me pick it up at the drive thru. Also, three times now, I’ve ordered a beef and cheddar, and they’ve given me a plain roast beef. I definitely paid for a beef and cheddar. And they have that stupid Starbucks look to everything. What happened to normal and fun fast food?
