Fairly big order (for 3 adults) that that was last minute online & near closing time. Lady in the drive thru was friendly and polite. Said she read part of the order wrong & was guna take another 2 mins to make it right. It total i was there less then 6 mins even with waiting for the fix. I was impressed!

Went there on a Wednesday night. Ordered then paid then waited over 20 min for food. We did do drive through. For the first attempt to give us food it was the wrong order. Then when our order came up everything was thrown in the bag. One of the sandwich’s was out of the wrapper. The fries were only half full and cold.

They have the meats. The classic roast beef or Swiss and ham are great. Everything is too expensive these days. The view attached is all I see of Arby’s as it isn’t really somewhere worth hanging out. We used to purchase the whole meals, the sandwiches cast as mush as the meals cost just a few years back.

I write this with a mixed but honest view. The staff and atmosphere are terrific and the dining room was very clean. I got my food to go, so I rang the bell on my way out. That’s where the fun ended. I ordered the burger for the first time, as a meal with the legendary curly fries and a side of mozzarella cheese sticks. The dinner totally was almost 20 bucks and it was absolutely horrible. Honest to God, this was the most disgusting food I have ever eaten in my life. The problem wasn’t from the quality of ingredients, but rather the old oil that was used to fry things. Everything tasted rancid; like a random fish filet and copious orders of onion rings had been cooked at lunchtime in the same vat of oil and by dinner time when I visited, they were still using the same burned grease. Every item tasted of old, used, multi-purpose cooking oil. It’s almost impossible to ruin a mozzarella cheese stick, but this Arby’s found a way. The burger was expensive and bland… except for the terrible taste of “oldness” that came with the stale bun and unbalanced fixings. I have never been more disappointed in an Arby’s meal in my entire adult life. My one redemption is that I need to avoid fast food restaurants and this trip made that decision 100x easier. I hope management reads this and takes my truth to heart.

I was just there today 3/12/24 at 3:30pm. I had ordered a large smokehouse brisket meal and this is what the smokehouse brisket sandwich looks like. There is no cheese, BBQ sauce, or onion strings. To top it all off, the brisket ‘meat’ is a strange color and tastes off. Literally just looks like expired Walmart lunch meat. Ended up throwing the sandwich away. Very disappointing for $12.

Most aweful food we have had. Beef and cheese had some weird sauce that made buns soggy soggy and tasted aweful. And they were not even warm. Chicken ranch wrap was cold like it came out of refrigerator. An hour ride home and than God we have two bathrooms. Cause we couldn’t get there quick enough. If I could give 0 stars i would

Always friendly service, but today I ordered the wing basket and it maybe came with 2-3 tiny ones and about 10 fries. Same with my other order. Not sure if the staff is being told to serve half orders but this has happened a few times in a row now.

Not great for “fast” food. Unfortunately had to wait over 30 minutes in the drive thru for our meal. Ordered a Beef & Cheddar and Loaded Italian meals, so not too complicated. Usually, I wouldn’t mind as it was during the lunch rush but this is the second time I’ve waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru at this same location. Probably won’t be stopping here again if I want a quick bite on my way home.

Ordered food with door dash and ordered my usual. Had not eaten at this location before. Beef n cheddar classic, curly fries and a drink. The sandwich…idk the bread is burnt and the meat was not thin sliced like it should be. The taste is off. I don’t recommend this location

Im writing the from the drive thru.yes it is the dinner rush but there were only 4 cars in front of me and it’s been 10 minutes and ive only moved once. Why is it taking 5 to 10 minutes per car? The staff is very friendly and apologetic though!
