We didn’t eat here. Sarah found Cooper (lover boy) after the manager at the hotel across the street kicked him out and locked him out the building while we were grabbing a bite to eat. You are a freaking saint and deserve the world! I hope you do great things and get promoted to CEO of Arby’s or whatever your dream job is. Thank you thank you thank you for finding my baby and getting him back to me. My other two loved their treats too! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

I love Arby’s. And that WAS my go to place. Online and on their door it said that they close at 10pm. I got there around 9:10 and everything was locked up tight. There was no reason on the door for being closed that early. I saw two people walking around in there. I tried knocking on the door and on the drive thru window. Like I wasn’t even there. I was very very disappointed. I guess I’ll have to go look for a different go to.

Order taker didn’t know what plain meant…so sandwich was wrong in the drive through. Manager got right on top of it, made it right and upgrades my meal. Hey people make mistakes. Good managers turn mistakes into an opportunity.

“Market Fresh” yeah yellow and black lettuce is really appealing, first time I ate here I got the fried chicken sandwich and it was undercooked so a month later I decide to play it safe by getting a lunch meat sandwich and the lettuce is yellowed and black. Definitely would not recommend, can’t trust the “cooked” meals and “fresh” meals are topped with soggy starting to rot veggies.

I walked in and the place was spotless clean floors clean bathrooms and soap in the dispenser the good kind to I had the BLT it’s the best second to none it was 9pm I was very impressed..

Went inside a few minutes ago. No one was behind the counter. The employee standing by the fryers looked me straight in the eye and said nothing. Two other employees looked at me and didn’t bother saying anything thing. I walked out and went to Subway to get their Italian sub.

Asked for the manager and she said oh its the thickness of the patty. Please hire someone who knows when a patty is pulled out of the fryer too soon and a manager who will take responsibility. If you look at the picture you can tell only the breading was cooked.
