Staff is clueless. Food is horrible. Mangers just stand outside smoking. Place was dirty. I don’t know how this place is still open. There was an employee smoking weed by trash cans outside near where I parked some girl named Patty I think is what the boy said.
We got out of there since my kids were with me. Zero out of five stars if I could. Do not bring your family here it’s gross

The lobby was fairly empty and the table had not really been wiped very well. The food was good but it took a little moment for service. With it being as empty as it was in the lobby I didn’t think it shouldn’t have taken more than 1 minute first service but I ended up standing at the counter for about 2 minutes before someone came and helped me

My friends stood by the register for 10 minutes, and when the workers FINALLY came, they ended up forgetting their receipts and forgot to give my friend her card back right away. Also, during all of this, the restaurant wasn’t busy. The service needs a little work and less ice in their drinks. #moredrinkthanice

This is an edit. Since my original review the place is clearly trying to be better. It is definitely showing improvement. I said skip this place before, but it’s worth giving second chances. I’ll update again upon later visits.

First time visiting this location and the front end lady was very nice, which is why you get 5 stars for service. I didn’t have to wait or anything, she was there to help.
Atmosphere is a two because of the lady’s kindness but not 5 stars because the manager wasn’t helping with anything. She was leaned up against the wall complain complaining about employees and talking trash about employees.
I am a GM myself and manager a big corporate company, it anytime would I trash talk employees, let alone in front of customers.
I hope this gets resolved.

If I could rate it a 0, I would! Absolutely disgusting! Cold food, nothing filled for condiments, old cobwebs in windows, greasy hand prints all over, disgusting bathrooms, pop machines hadn’t been wiped in God knows how long. Weeks of dust coating everything. Couldn’t even be offered napkins with our cold “FRESH” meal, since they can’t be bothered to fill their stations. Health department will be paying them a visit after this. Absolutely disgusting building. 10 out of 10 would NOT RECOMMEND 12/17 AT 2PM

Late for a lunch break, was almost 15 minutes into my order and had to to go back to work. Employees seemed overwhelmed so I didn’t press a refund….Got a make it right card and an apology, but would have been nice if one of the staff sitting in the lobby would have just helped make my food. Never coming back in a time crunch if I come back at all.

They must have a new person in the kitchen this smoke house brisket is shabby at best and buffalo sliders were almost sauceless. This first time i was disappointed with the food. How the staff there get it together.

I don’t usually write reviews or be negative unless I feel something needs to change. I’ve tried this Arby’s a number of times and each time the food gets worse. The potato cakes were at least hot this time. The roast beef was cold, the meat was awful, and the bun was stale with a hard section in the middle like it had been frozen. I hope ownership takes notice that things need to change for this location or just close. Dinning area was not very clean.
