I came through drive through after a long day at both of my jobs. The staff working we’re not only kind, pleasant and friendly but the food was hot and fresh at 11pm at night, not something I expected. 10 out of 10 for those 2 working last night!!!

Went there the drive-thru on a Thursday night at 8 pm, ordered my food. I specifically ordered a 5-piece chicken tender meal with a couple shakes, a large fry, and a couple sliders. The guy on the speaker sounded very annoyed. When we got up to the window, he barely said anything. When we started eating the food and looking at the receipt, I found out that instead of the tenders I ordered, I was charged and given a five-piece “steak nugget” meal. I’m not one to normally write a review, but I specifically said I wanted the tender meal at the speaker, and they did not get that at all.

Half pound of roast beef in a meal is a very good deal. Service is very good here, everything is clean including restrooms. I ordered 2 meals and 5 sandwiches and it took less than 5 minutes to get it.

Was there at about 8 pm July 1st, 2024.
Service was very slow in the drive thru.
Pull up to the window, kid hands me the bag, tells me have a good night. I ask where are my orange cream shakes, and coke. He has no clue. I did get them after another 10 minute wait. Coke was flat, and I mean zero taste. Got home to eat, curly fries were all small and crispy, could tell they were in fryer too long. The sandwich was the half pound roast beef, on the bun it literally looked like crumbled shredded beef. Added picture so all can see. I will never go to this particular Arbys ever again. I will advise other people to not go either. Definitely not worth $26.42!!!!

I always have a good experience going to this Arby’s restaurant near the East Ten Mall in Moorhead.This is a nice well run local place. The service is good too–fast and friendly. I like the cheerful floral decorations and pictures. I don’t feel rushed there even though it’s fast food. The food prepared well and it’s just a great spot for a meal or small treat. The spicy fish sandwich I tried today was really really spicy mercy me my mouth was on fire . I had to remove some of green chiles off bottom bun. You can’t go wrong with roast beef. And they have Diet Dr. Pepper too my favorite.

Had to try the new Diablo Dare burger. It was a very good burger but way to much sauce. The ghost pepper is noticeable but very good. It’s a fun challenge to try. I put it around a 3 in the heat range. Have fun

Food made girl friend violently ill.(cheddar cheese mac and cheese)
Fires ice cold.
Called back and asked for manager the guy who said he was the manager. Blew our complaint off and made it sound like we we crazy. Not a safe place to eat.
I have read other complaints about this store and the owners answer is the same for all no matter how serious. “I’m sorry” sorry doesn’t cut it. Change your policies

If you download the app, for a limited time Arby’s Roast Beef and breaded sliders for only 1.00. Also ordered small curly or regular fries for 1.00. This may save a lingering Arby’s to get customers back.
