We have gone here alot in the last two years and tonight 10/06/25 I ordered a buffalo slider and when I got it it was a complete mess more sauce then the bun and you couldn’t grab it without touching sauce they remade it twice with the same issue, the fourth time they made it they gave it to me half frozen with no sauces on it. So I go back and have them just make me a roast beef since it’s easier after telling them my food was half frozen they gave me a over microwaved roast beef slider the cheese wasn’t even cheese it was slimy nasty milk looking cheese. Needless to say we won’t be coming her again the customer service was trash and the food wasn’t edible every time I asked them to remake it I was nice and respectful about it and I got nothing but rude attitude and terrible food 0/5 stars for Arby’s in Baxter

Had a great fish sandwich. It was filling and looked great. The staff was polite and the dinning room was clean and warm. Soda area was clean. Sause area was clean. Mens room was clean and stocked. I only drank water and it was cold and tasted good.

My husband and I come here regularly and this particular worker always gets the drinks wrong, it has happened more regularly now. We ordered 1 medium drink and 1 large drink and a small but instead we get 1 medium drink and 2 small drinks. We also have said we wanted a Diet Coke but instead either we get a Dr. Pepper or regular Coke. We have asked once asked to remake a new drink that we ordered but when we get a new drink back it’s still not the drink we ordered. At this time this worker either needs to get retrained or take his time. We normally come around an hour before Arby’s closes.

Very disappointed with our food today. If I had opened it prior to leaving I would have turned it back in. Ordered 3 sandwiches and 2 of them had I am guessing the butt of the beef which should have been thrown out by them and not me.
