Grabbed a Beef & Cheddar and a Chicken Bacon Swiss for lunch today. Food was great! Fresh, hot, good amount of sauces, toppings and meat.

I ordered through door dash and when they dropped off my order I was missing items so I called Arby’s and the guy that answered was rude. I was explaining what happened and he hung up on me, so I called back and asked why he hung up on me and he immediately was rude and talked to me like i was garbage. He said he couldn’t hear me but I could hear everything in the background. He also said he was saying hello mulitple times which I did not hear. I told him well he doesn’t have to be rude and he just didnt care. I have never had a problem with them until now. I contacted the dasher and he apologized up and down and made it right. He bought my meal and brought it to me. And he also said that when he went back to do so, they were also rude to him. I love Arby’s but I will never order from them again.

The fast food chains are getting a little too spendy, but for the most part the food is not bad, and I usually only get the Gyro, or French Dip. And they are pretty good, but those are the main ones I go with.

Called about the less than appetizing sandwich (looks like chewed up meat) we received and the manager proceeded to tell me that they fresh cut for every day. Yep, that’s me, a liar. Tried the new steak and cheese, unfortunately there was less than a half a cup of steak and cheese in a very large hoagie bun. Would not order again with how little contents were inside. The sandwich. Was very delicious. Couple of bites. Not worth the $8.

I love the Greek gyro with combo fries and drink was $12. Service was fast and friendly. I should’ve asked for more tzatziki sauce. It isn’t on the self-serve counter. They still have all you can drink.
