Horrible food service ordered a chicken cordon bleu. Was given a chicken bacon Swiss. Not only am I allergic to tomatoes which came on the sandwhich but the chicken was also extremely under cooked.

When Arby’s is trying to make people sick ..refer to pics of raw. Chicken , the owner or manager or whoever was sent to me a link to talk about the customer service I experienced about my raw chicken, however I found it extremely difficult to fill out the survey they gave me the link to so I think that’s their way to just prolong complaints or something. Also would like to note thank goodness I had amazing insurance l, going to the doctor would have cost me $327.10 I am out my co-pay $3.50 tho. Hopefully they train or stop hiring potheads in the kitchen

Arby’s sauce for the win, but doesn’t help when there’s black hair on my kids ham sandwich(yes we got a replacement, but still) then the $8+ bacon cheeseburger was probably the grossest hamburger my son has had he wouldn’t eat it, usually I do, but even I didn’t like it, not sure if it was the cheese but I’d rather pay $8 for a $2 McDonald’s/dq burger that atleast tastes good.

If I could give a 0 I would… Hubby and I ordered the Wagyu Burgers… No Way Burgers more like it!! Sloppy and Do Not even resemble the picture…. Dry Cold burgers … Cold Curly Fries and Jalapeño Bites. This meal reminds us why we have not eaten at an Arby’s for years!!!

I’ve been to Arby’s all over the metro. This is one of the few you’ll reference all the others against. The new redesign is very modern and booths are comfy. Service was fast with staff friendly. Food is exactly what you’d expect from Arby’s in its best capacity. The restaurant is clean, inside and out. For those who like grilled chicken over crispy, be aware there is none.

Ummmmm…. ordered 2 French dip and Swiss meals, and went home to eat it, and dipped it in the Au jus juice , but come to find it is TERIYAKI SAUCE ! Not what I was hoping to enjoy my FRENCH DIP with! What pot heads are working ?! This is unacceptable and I will be contacting management
